ملخص البحث:

هدف البحث إلى التعرف علي واقع ممارسة التفويض الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء الأغوار الشمالية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية ، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث ، قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة، وهو المنهج الذي يعتمد على وصف الظواهر ذات العلاقة بمتغير الدراسة وتحليلها، بهدف التعرف على واقع ممارسة التفويض الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء الأغوار الشمالية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية ، وبعد الاطلاع على الأدب النظري والدراسات السابقة، قام الباحث ببناء استبانة لجمع البيانات بغرض تحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة عن أسئلتها؛ حيث تم وضع فقرات مرتبطة بواقع ممارسة التفويض الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء الأغوار الشمالية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية ؛ وتكونت أداة الدراسة في صورتها النهائية من جزيئين على النحو الآتي: الجزء الأول: تضمن بيانات أولية عن عينة الدراسة في ضوء المتغيرات الآتية (الجنس، ، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة الإدارية)، والجزء الثاني: فيشمل فقرات الاستبانة حسب أبعادها. وقد تكونت من محور رئيس والمجالات تحت المحور الأول: واقع ممارسة التفويض الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء الأغوار الشمالية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية عدد (4) مجالات، المجال الأول: تفويض المدير للمهام الإدارية (10) مفردات، والمجال الثاني: تفويض المدير للمهام الفنية (9) مفردات، والمجال الثالث: تفويض المدير للمجال الاجتماعي (11) مفردة، والمجال الرابع: تفويض المدير لمجال التشريعات (7) مفردات.، وقد توصل البحث إلى وضع تصور بمعايير التفويض الإداري لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء الأغوار الشمالية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.    
Abstract
The aim of the research was to identify the reality of the practice of administrative delegation among government school principals in the Northern Jordan Valley District in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive approach for its suitability to the nature of this study, which is the approach that depends on describing and analyzing the phenomena related to the study variable, with the aim of identifying the reality of the practice of administrative delegation among government school principals in the Northern Jordan Valley District in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. After reviewing the theoretical literature and previous studies, the researcher constructed a questionnaire to collect data in order to achieve the study objectives and answer its questions; Paragraphs related to the reality of the practice of administrative delegation among government school principals in the Northern Jordan Valley District in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan were placed; The study tool in its final form consisted of two parts as follows: Part One: It included primary data about the study sample in light of the following variables (gender, educational qualification, years of administrative experience), and Part Two: It includes the questionnaire paragraphs according to their dimensions. It consisted of a main axis and areas under the first axis: the reality of the practice of administrative delegation among the principals of government schools in the Northern Jordan Valley District in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, number (4) areas, the first area: the principal’s delegation of administrative tasks (10) items, the second area: the principal’s delegation of technical tasks (9) items, the third area: the principal’s delegation of the social field (11) items, and the fourth area: the principal’s delegation of the legislative field (7) items. The research reached a vision of the standards of administrative delegation among the principals of government schools in the Northern Jordan Valley District in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
