هدف الدراسة تعرف تأثير برنامج مهني لتطوير مهارات النمذجة لدي معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي في الإطار النظري وأدبيات الدراسة واستخدام التصميم شبه التجريبي لتعرف تأثير برنامج مهني لتطوير مهارات النمذجة لدي معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت للمجموعة التجريبية الواحدة، وذلك لمناسبة هذا المنهج لطبيعة هذه الدراسة وأهدافها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (30) معلم رياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (10) معلم رياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية من خارج عينة الدراسة الأساسية، ثم تم معالجة البيانات إحصائياً من خلال برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS) وقد استخدم الباحث مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية وهي: معامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل الفا كرونباخ، والنسب المئوية في حساب التكرارات، والوزن النسبي واختبار التاء لعينتين مستقلتين (t-test Independent Simple)، واختبار تحليل التباين أحادي الاتجاه (One Way ANOVA)، ويرى الباحث نتائج البحث ترجع إلى تأثير البرنامج المهني المستخدم لتطوير مهارات النمذجة لدي معلمي الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية بدولة الكويت، حيث أسهم في تطوير أداء المعلم الإبداعي لتدريس وحدات المنهج التدريسية من خلال اتباع استراتيجية وضع الفروض وبناء النموذج الرياضي وحل النموذج الرياضي والتحقق بالعودة إلى الموقف الأصلي،  ويوصي الباحث  باستخدام النمذجة الرياضية في تدريس الرياضيات نظراً لتأثيرها في تطوير التدريس الإبداعي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية، وتزويد المعلمين الجدد باستراتيجية النمذجة الرياضية لتطوير مهارات التدريس الإبداعي لديهم، وإعداد البرامج التدريبية لمعلمي الرياضيات القائمة على أسلوب النمذجة الرياضية.

Abstract
The aim of the study is to know the effect of a professional program for developing modeling skills among mathematics teachers at the primary stage in the State of Kuwait, where the descriptive approach was used in the theoretical framework and literature of the study and the use of semi-experimental design to identify the effect of a professional program for developing modeling skills among mathematics teachers at the primary stage in the State of Kuwait for one experimental group. Due to the suitability of this approach to the nature and objectives of this study, the study sample consisted of (30) primary school mathematics teachers, and the study sample consisted of (10) primary school mathematics teachers from outside the basic study sample, then the data was processed statistically through the statistical package program (SPSS). The researcher used a set of statistical methods, namely: Pearson's correlation coefficient, Cronbach's alpha coefficient, percentages in calculating repetitions, relative weight, the t-test for two independent samples (t-test Independent Simple), and the one-way analysis of variance test (One Way ANOVA). The results of the research are due to the impact of the professional program used to develop the modeling skills of mathematics teachers at the primary stage in the State of Kuwait, as it contributed to the development of the teacher's creative performance to teach the units of the teaching curriculum by following the strategy of setting hypotheses, building the mathematical model, solving the mathematical model, and verifying by returning to the original position, and the researcher recommends Using mathematical modeling in teaching mathematics due to its impact on developing creative teaching among primary school teachers, providing new teachers with a mathematical modeling strategy to develop their creative teaching skills, and preparing training programs for mathematics teachers based on mathematical modeling.
