دور كليات التربية في تعزيز الوعي بالمهارات الحياتية وفق المنظور الإسلامي ومعوقاته ومقترحات تعميقه من وجهة نظر طلاب كلية التربية الأساسية بالكويت

هدفت البحث الكشف عن واقع دور كليات التربية في تعزيز الوعي بالمهارات الحياتية وفق المنظور الإسلامي ومعوقاته ومقترحات تعميقه من وجهة نظر طلاب كلية التربية الأساسية بالكويت، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والاعتماد على الاستبانة في جمع البيانات، وطبق البحث على عينة بلغت (450) طالباً وطالبة بكلية التربية الأساسية بالهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي في دولة الكويت، وأسفرت النتائج عما يلي: تبين أن أبرز الأدوار لتعزيز الوعي بالمهارات التعليمية والتربوية تتمثل فيما يلي: تنمي الكلية في طلابها الاحترام المتبادل بين الطلاب والأساتذة، تحرص الكلية على تنمية الرغبة لدى طلابها في التفوق العلمي، تغرس الكلية في طلابها روح القيادة وفريق العمل، وفيما يتعلق بتعزيز الوعي بالمهارات الاجتماعية فقد تمثل في: تنمي الكلية مهارات الاتصال والتواصل الفعال بين الطلاب والأساتذة، تحرص الكلية على تنمية مهارات الاستماع والإصغاء لآراء الآخرين لدى طلابها، تنمي الكلية في طلابها القدرة على حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرارات، فيما يتعلق بتعزيز الوعي بالمهارات القيمية والدينية فإنها تتمثل في: تنمي الكلية في طلابها قيمة الشورى والديموقراطية، يحرص الطلبة في الكلية على المحافظة على المظهر اللائق، يهتم الأساتذة بالكلية بأهمية اختيار الصحبة الصالحة، وفيما يتصل بمعوقات تحقيق المهارات الحياتية (التربوية و التعليمية، الاجتماعية- الدينية) تبين أنها تتمثل في: قلة الأماكن المخصصة للأنشطة الترفيهية للطلبة في الكلية، إهمال صيانة الوسائل التعليمة والتقنيات التكنولوجية بصفة منتظمة، خلو معظم قاعات الدراسة بالكلية من الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة، وفيما يتعلق بمقترحات تعميق الدور تبين أنها تتمثل في: ضرورة توافر البرامج الخاصة برعاية مواهب الطلبة، تشجيع الطلبة الموهوبين في الانضمام للجمعيات الطلابية المختلفة، تشجيع الطلبة للمشاركة في الأنشطة التربوية والتنسيق بين مختلف أقسام الكلية لأقامتها، توفير أماكن مناسبة للأنشطة التعليمية والثقافية المختلفة وتوجيه الكلية للمشاركة في الأنشطة التربوية والمسابقات الثقافية والدينية، تفعيل الأنشطة للجمعيات الطلابية داخل الأقسام العلمية.

The Role of Colleges of Education in Promoting Awareness of Life Skills from an Islamic Perspective: Obstacles and Suggestions for Deepening the Understanding from the Viewpoint of Basic Education College Students in Kuwait

ABSTRACT:
The research aimed to uncover the role of college of education in enhancing awareness of life skills from an Islamic perspective, along with its obstacles and suggestions for deepening understanding, from the viewpoint of students at basic education college in Kuwait. To achieve this objective, a descriptive method was employed, relying on questionnaires for data collection. The research was conducted on a sample of 450 male and female students at the College of Basic Education in the General Authority for Applied Education and Training in the State of Kuwait. The results revealed the following: The most prominent roles in enhancing awareness of educational and pedagogical skills included: fostering mutual respect between students and teachers, fostering a desire for academic excellence among students, and instilling leadership and teamwork spirit among students. Regarding the promotion of social skills awareness, it included: developing communication skills and effective interaction between students and teachers, fostering listening skills and receptivity to others’ opinions among students, and enhancing problem-solving and decision-making skills among students. In terms of promoting awareness of moral and religious skills, it included: fostering values of consultation and democracy among students, students' commitment to maintaining decent appearance, and teachers' emphasis on the importance of choosing righteous companions. Concerning obstacles to achieving life skills (educational, social, and religious), it was found that they included: a shortage of designated spaces for recreational activities for students at the college, neglect of the maintenance of educational tools and technological devices regularly, and the absence of modern technological tools in most classrooms at the college. As for suggestions for deepening the role, it was found to include: the necessity of providing programs for nurturing students' talents, encouraging talented students to join various student associations, encouraging students to participate in educational activities, coordinating between different departments of the college to organize them, providing suitable venues for various educational and cultural activities, and directing the college to participate in educational, cultural, and religious activities and competitions, as well as activating activities for student associations within the scientific departments.
