واقع الإرشاد الأكاديمي للطالبات بالمدارس الثانوية ‏ في مدينة خميس مشيط

المستخلص:
يهدف البحث إلى لتعرف على واقع الإرشاد الأكاديمي للطالبات بالمدارس الثانوية في مدينة خميس مشيط، وسبل تفعيله، والمعيقات التي تواجهه، إضافة لفروق استجابات افراد العينة حول واقع الإرشاد الأكاديمي في المدارس الثانوية وذلك وفقاً لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي-عدد سنوات الخبرة-الدورات التدريبية) وقد اتبع الباحثان في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع البحث من (35) مرشدة أكاديمية، في المدارس الثانوية للبنات في مدينة خميس مشيط، للعام الدراسي 1444ه-2023م واستخدم الباحثان الاستبيان كأداة للبحث، و تمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام الحاسوب حسب برنامج SPSS ، وكانت نتائج البحث أن واقع الإرشاد الأكاديمي للطالبات بالمدارس الثانوية تراوح بين (70.28%-81.14%) وبدرجة كبيرة، كما أن "معوقات تفعيل الإرشاد الأكاديمي لطالبات المدارس الثانوية"، تراوحت بين (43.42%-53.70%) وبدرجة ما بين منخفضة ومتوسطة، وكانت المقترحات لتفعيل الإرشاد الأكاديمي لطالبات المدارس الثانوية"، تتراوحت بين (56.56%-74.28%) وبدرجة ما بين متوسطة وكبيرة، كما بينت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في استجابات أفراد العينة حول واقع الإرشاد الأكاديمي في المدارس الثانوية وفقاً لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في استجابات أفراد العينة حول واقع الإرشاد الأكاديمي في المدارس الثانوية وفقاً لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في استجابات أفراد العينة حول واقع الإرشاد الأكاديمي في المدارس الثانوية وفقاً لمتغير الدورات التدريبية.

Abstract:
The research aims to learn about the realities of academic guidance for high school students in the city of Khamis Mushait, and pointed out the research to learn about the realities of academic guidance in secondary schools, ways to activate it, and the obstacles encountered, as well as the differences in responses of sample individuals about the reality of academic guidance in secondary schools according to the variable (Scientific qualification-number of years of experience-training courses) The researcher in this study followed the survey descriptive curriculum, and the research community is from (35) Academic mentor, in high schools for girls in the city of Khamis Mushet, for the school year 1444 AH-2023. The two researchers used the questionnaire as a research tool. The data was processed using computer according to the SPSS programme. The results of the research were that the academic mentoring reality for high school students as the results show that the grades after "academic mentorship for high school students" ranged from (70.28% -81.14%) And, to a large extent, the ratings after "impediments to activating academic guidance for high school students" ranged from (43.42% -53.70%) and to a low to medium degree, previous results show that ratings after "proposals to activate academic guidance for high school students" ranged from (56.56% -74.28%) and between medium and large, the results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the indicative level (α ≤ 0.05) In the responses of sample members about the reality of academic guidance in secondary schools according to the scientific qualification variable, there are no statistically significant differences at the indicative level (α ≤ 0.05) In the responses of sample members about the reality of academic guidance in secondary schools according to the variable number of years of experience, there are no statistically significant differences at the indicative level (α ≤ 0.05) In the responses of sample members on the reality of academic guidance in secondary schools according to the variable training courses.
