فعالية برنامج تدريبى لتحسين مهارات التواصل غير اللفظى لبعض أطفال اضطراب التوحد

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على فعالية برنامج ماكتون للإشارات لتحسين مهارات التواصل غير اللفظى لدى عينة من أطفال اضطراب التوحد، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من عشرة أطفال مما يعانون من اضطراب التوحد ، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة ، وتتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (6-9) سنوات، ويتراوح معامل الذكاء لديهم ما بين (65-75) بمقياس ستانفورد بينيه الصورة الخامسة،  (إعداد رويد جال رويد وتقنين صفوت فرج) واستخدمت الباحثة مجموعة من الأدوات وهى مقياس جليام ( ترجمة وتقنين: عادل عبد الله  محمد2006) ومقياس مهارات التواصل غير اللفظى (إعداد الباحثة)  وبرنامج ماكتون،(إعداد الباحثة)، وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عما يلى: وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطى رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة فى القياس البعدى على مقياس مهارات التواصل غير اللفظى لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطى رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية فى القياسين القبلى والبعدى على مقياس مهارات التواصل غير اللفظى لصالح القياس البعدى ، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطى رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية فى القياسين البعدى والتتبعى على مقياس مهارة التواصل غير اللفظى ، وجود حجم تأثير مرتفع للبرنامج برنامج ماكتون فى تحسين مهارة التواصل غير اللفظى لدى المجموعة التجريبية، مما يدل على فعالية برنامج ماكتون فى تحسين مهارة التواصل غير اللفظى لدى بعض أطفال ذوى اضطراب التوحد.

Abstract
The current study aims to identify the effectiveness of the Macton’s signaling software To improve my nonverbal Communication skills in a sample of a disorder children Autism The study sample consisted of tan children suffering from autism disorder , and they were divided into two experimental and control groups , ranging in age from ( 9-6) years , and their lQ range between (75:65) On the scale of Stanford Binet the fifth image (preparating of Gal Roid Arabization and legalization of Safwat Faraj), the researcher used A set of tools , namely the GELIM’tes (preparation) and the measure of communication skills non The results of the study resulted in the following: There are statistically significant differencrs between the mean ranks of the group scores Experimental and control group in post-measurement on non-actual communication skills scale for the benefit of the experimental group , and there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the two measurements the pre and post on the non-verbal communication skills scale in favor of the post measurement, and there were no significant differences statistically between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post and follow – up measurements on a skill scale there is a high effect size of the program, the Macton program, in improving communication skills verbal, not communication verbal communication among the experimental group , which indicates the effectiveness of the Macton program in improving non- verbal communication skill  some children have autism .
