برنامج ارشادى لتحسين الحيوية الذاتية لدى معلمى الفئات الخاصة

هدفت الدراسة الى الكشف عن فعالية برنامج ارشادي لتحسين الحيوية الذاتية لدى معلمي اطفال اضطراب التوحد، وتكونت العينة من (80) من معلمى أطفال اضطراب التوحد، مقسمين الى (40) للعينة التجريبية، و(40) للعينة الضابطة، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياس للحيوية الذاتية (اعداد الباحثة)، والبرنامج الارشادى (اعداد الباحثة)، وجاءت نتائج الدراسة تشير الى توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات مقياس الحيوية الذاتية لدى معلمي أطفال التوحد في القياس البعدي للبرنامج باختلاف العينة (التجريبية، الضابطة) لصالح العينة التجريبية، توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات العينة التجريبية في تحسين مستوى الحيوية الذاتية لدى معلمي أطفال التوحد باختلاف القياسين القبلي والبعدي للبرنامج لصالح القياس البعدي، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات العينة التجريبية في مقياس الحيوية الذاتية لدى معلمي أطفال التوحد باختلاف القياسين البعدي والتتبعي.

Abstract
The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a counseling program to improve the subjective vitality of teachers of autistic children, and the sample consisted of (80) teachers of autistic children, divided into (40) for the experimental sample, and (40) for the control sample, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a scale was developed For the subjective vitality (prepared by the researcher), and the guiding program (prepared by the researcher), the results of the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences in the average scores of the measure of subjective vitality among teachers of autistic children in the dimensional measurement of the program according to the difference of the sample (experimental, control) in favor of the experimental sample. Statistically significant differences in the average scores of the experimental sample in improving the level of self-vitality among teachers of autistic children according to the two measurements before and after the program in favor of the post-measurement.
