أثر برنامج قائم على البرمجة اللغوية العصبية فى تحسين جودة الحياة لدى معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي

إستهدف البحث الحالى التعرف على أثر برنامج قائم على البرمجة اللغوية العصبية فى تحسين جودة الحياة لدى معلمى مرحلة التعليم الأساسى، والتعرف على إستمرارية تلک الآثر بعد توقف تطبيق البرنامج. وتکونت عينة البحث من(46) معلم ومعلمة من معلمى مرحلة التعليم الأساسي، بمدرسة الجيل المسلم للتعليم الأساسي، بإدارة شرق المحلة الکبرى التعليمية - محافظة الغربية، وتم تقسيم أفراد العينة إلى مجموعتين، مجموعة تکونت من(23) معلماً ومعلمة، وضابطة تکونت من(23) معلماً ومعلمة. وقد أعدت الباحثة لغرض الدراسة مقياس جودة حياة المعلم، وبرنامج قائم على البرمجة اللغوية العصبية.  وأسفرت النتائج عن فاعلية برنامج البرمجة اللغوية العصبية  فى تحسين جودة الحياة لدى معلمي مرحلة التعليم الأساسي، وإستمرارية تلک الآثر بعد توقف تطبيق البرنامج.
 
Abstract:
               The present research aimed to identify the impact of NLP on improving the quality of life of teachers in the basic education stage, and to identify the continuity of these effects after the program has been discontinued. The study sample consisted of (46) teachers of the basic education stage in the school of the Muslim generation of basic education in the administration of east Al -mahalla Al-kubra educational - Gharbia governorate. The sample was divided into two grous, an experimental group consisting of (23) teachers, and agroup of officers consisting of (23) teachers. For the purpose of the study, the researcher prepared ateachers quality of life standard and aprogram based on nlp. The results resulted the effectiveness of the nlp program in improving the quality of life of the teachers of the basic education stage, and the continuation of these effects after the program was discontinued.
