فعالية الدعم النفسي الايجابي في تنمية جودة الحياة وأثره في خفض أزمة الهوية لدى المراهقات الصم

      تهدف الدراسة إلى التحقق من فعالية برنامج إرشادي قائم على الدعم النفسي الإيجابي في تنمية جودة الحياة وأثر ذلک في خفض أزمة الهوية لدى المراهقات الصم، وتکونت عينة الدراسة من (20) مراهقة صماء بمدرسة الأمل للصم بمدينة المنصورة محافظة الدقهلية ممن لديهن انخفاض في جودة الحياة وارتفاع في أزمة الهوية وتتراوح أعمارهن الزمنية ما بين (15-18) سنة ويتراوح معدل ذکائهن بين (90-110) ودرجة فقدانهن للسمع أکثر من (70) ديسبل، ، وقسمت العينة إلى مجموعتين متکافئتين (تجريبية وضابطة) تکونت کلاً منهما من (10) مراهقة صماء. تکونت أدوات الدراسة من مقياس جودة الحياة للمراهقات الصم، ومقياس أزمة الهوية للمراهقات الصم، وبرنامج إرشادي قائم على الدعم النفسي الإيجابي (جميعهم من إعداد / الباحثة). واستخدمت الباحثة اختبار مان وتني  Mann- Whitney test  للمجموعات المستقلة ، واختبار ويلکوکسون لإشارة الرتب Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test للمجموعات المرتبطة للتحقق من فروض الدراسة، ومربع معامل إيتا ((Eta-squared,h² لحساب قوة تأثير البرنامج . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى فعالية البرنامج الإرشادي المستخدم في تنمية جودة الحياة لدى المراهقات الصم وأثر ذلک في خفض أزمة الهوية لدى المراهقات الصم.

                                                      Abstract                                
The Effectiveness of counseling program based on positive psychological support to develop quality of life and its impact on identity crisis for deaf adolescent girls
       Current study aims to verify the effectiveness of program based on positive psychological support to develop quality of lifeand its impact on identity crisisfor deaf adolescent girls. The study sample consisted of (20) deaf adolescent girls at the school of Hope for the deaf in Mansoura, at the age ranging between (15-18) years and IQ ranging between (90-110), and the degree of loss of hearing more than "70" decibel, and who have obtained low scores on a scale of quality of life for deaf adolescent girls and high scores on a scale of identity crisisfor deaf adolescent girls, were divided into two matched groups (an experimental group and a control group), both of them consisting of (10) deaf adolescent girls. using  scale of quality of life for deaf adolescent girls  , scale of identity crisisfor deaf adolescent girls, and a program based on positive psychological support (all of them were prepared by the researcher).The researcher used Mann- Whitney test for independent groups, and Wilcoxon – Signed Ranks test for related groups ,to verify the hypothesis of the study, and (Eta-squared,h²) to calculate the force of the impact of the program. The results indicated that: There is a significant effect of the counseling program to develop quality of lifeand its impact on identity crisis for deaf adolescent girls.
