هدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على درجة رضا مديري مدارس التعليم العام الحكومية في مدينة بريدة عن الصلاحيات الممنوحة لهم والمتعلقة بالجانب الإداري , والجانب الفني , والجانب المالي, وكذلك التعرف على الفروق ذات الدلالة الاحصائية بين متوسط استجابات رضا مديري مدارس التعليم العام في مدينة بريدة حول الصلاحيات الممنوحة لهم تبعاً لمتغيرات البحث والمتعلقة بـ(المرحلة الدراسية,سنوات الخبرة ). واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي, وتكون مجتمع البحث (240) مديراً ,وقد تم توزيع الاستبانات فكان العائد منها (141)استبانة بنسبة(59%).وتوصل الباحث الى مجموعة من النتائج من اهمها:كانت درجة رضا مديري مدارس التعليم العام في مدينة بريدة عن الصلاحيات الممنوحة بشكل عام عالية حيث بلغ المتوسط الكلي (2.54).كمالا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط استجابات رضا مديري المدارس حول الصلاحيات الممنوحة لهم تعزى لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية او سنوات الخبرة ، عند مستوى دلالة(α = 0.05 ).التوصيات : أوصى الباحث بالمحافظة على جميع الصلاحيات الممنوحة لمدير المدرسة ، والعمل على تفعيل دوره في استخدامها بدون قيود,.كذلك اوصى بدراسة أهم المعوقات التي تعترض مديري المدارس في تنفيذ صلاحياتهم الممنوحة لهم وإجراء الخطط العلاجية المناسبة لتجاوزها والتخلص منها.
Abstract
The study aims to identify the satisfaction of  Buraydah  Public Schools of the authorities  granted  to them concerning the Administrative, Technical , Financial side, and to determine the statistical differences of the average degrees of the satisfaction of the Public Schools Principals in Buraydah city about the authorities  granted  to them  according to the research variable which are ( Academic stage & Years  of experience). The researcher has used the descriptive survey approach. The research community contains (240 principals), the questionnaire was distributed and  we have received (141) questionnaires by (59%) . The important results of the study are : The degree of the principals satisfaction about the authorities  granted  to them in general  with average of (2.54) , and regarding the administrative aspect  was very high with average of (2.56) ,  . There weren't any statistical differences between the averages of the schools' principals satisfaction about their authorities attributes to the academic stage and years of experience at the level of (α=0.05). The researcher has recommended to preserve all of the school principals' authorities, and to activate their role to use it without any obstacles ,  moreover the researcher has recommended to study the most important obstacles that intercept the school principles to implement their authorities  and to put necessary plans to overcome it.
