هدف البحث دراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على معوقات دور القيادة المدررسية فى تعزيز الإستغراق الوظيفي لدى معلمى مدارس التعليم العام فى دولة الكويت ووضع مجموعة من التوصيات للتغلب عليها ، استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي وتوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات لتغلب على معوقات دور القيادة المدررسية فى تعزيز الإستغراق الوظيفي لدى معلمى مدارس التعليم العام فى دولة الكويت ، منها:

نشر ثقافة الإستغراق الوظيفي بين المعلمين بمدارس التعليم العام.
أهمية وجود بيئة عمل ذات مناخ إيجابي تدحض الإبداع والإبتكار للمعلمين
ضرورة توافر برامج لتدريب للقادة في المؤسسات عن الإستغراق الوظيفي وعن كيفية تنميته لدى المعلمين.
ضرورة الأخذ بآراء المعلمين ودعم الخطط التي يتم وضعها والأخذ بها.
أهمية إثابة الجهد المتميز من المعلمين الكفؤ وتقدير جهودهم.

Abstract
The aim of the research is to study an attempt to identify the obstacles to the role of school leadership in promoting job engagement among public school teachers in the State of Kuwait and to develop a set of recommendations to overcome them. The research used the descriptive approach and reached a set of recommendations to overcome the obstacles to the role of school leadership in promoting job engagement among public school teachers in the State of Kuwait, including:
-Spreading the culture of job engagement among teachers in public schools.
- The importance of having a work environment with a positive climate that refutes creativity and innovation for teachers.
- The necessity of providing training programs for leaders in institutions about job engagement and how to develop it among teachers.
- The necessity of taking into account the opinions of teachers and supporting the plans that are developed and adopted.
- The importance of rewarding the distinguished effort of competent teachers and appreciating their efforts.
