**نمذجة العلاقات بين جودة الحياة الأكاديمية والصلابة النفسية والضغوط المهنية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس ببعض الجامعات السعودية

هدف البحث إلى التوصل إلى نموذج تحليل مسار يفسر العلاقات بين جودة الحياة الأكاديمية والصلابة النفسية والضغوط المهنية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس ببعض الجامعات السعودية. وتكونت عينة البحث من (237) عضوًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس ببعض الجامعات السعودية (الملك عبد العزيز، جدة، الملك خالد، الطائف)، بمتوسط عمري قدره (47.53)، وانحراف معياري قدره (9.11). وتمثلت أدوات البحث في مقاييس جودة الحياة الأكاديمية من إعداد الباحث، ومقياس الصلابة النفسية إعداد (Kopasa, 1979) وترجمة (إسماعيل وطه، 2023)، ومقياس الضغوط المهنية إعداد (الحسين، 2019). وبالاعتماد على منهجية النمذجة بالمعادلة البنائية (تحليل المسار) توصل البحث إلى وجود مطابقة جيدة بين نموذج تحليل المسار المقترح وبيانات عينة البحث بالنسبة للعلاقات بين جودة الحياة الأكاديمية والصلابة النفسية والضغوط المهنية، ووجود تأثير مباشر سالب ودال إحصائيًا بين مكونات جودة الحياة الأكاديمية والضغوط المهنية، ووجود تأثير مباشر موجب ودال إحصائيًا بين جودة الحياة الأكاديمية والصلابة النفسية، ووجود تأثير مباشر موجب ودال إحصائيًا بين الصلابة النفسية والضغوط المهنية، ووجود تأثير غير مباشر دال إحصائيًا بين مكونات جودة الحياة الأكاديمية والضغوط المهنية من خلال الصلابة النفسية كمتغير وسيط، وعدم وجود تشابه في نموذج تحليل المسار للعلاقات بين مكونات جودة الحياة الأكاديمية والصلابة النفسية والضغوط المهنية بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذكور والإناث، وعدم وجود تشابه في نموذج تحليل المسار للعلاقات بين مكونات جودة الحياة الأكاديمية والصلابة النفسية والضغوط المهنية بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس الذين ينتمون إلى جامعات (الملك عبد العزيز، جدة، الملك خالد، الطائف). وقد تم مناقشة وتفسير النتائج وتقديم بعض المقترحات والتوصيات.

Modeling the relationships between academic quality of life, psychological resilience and occupational stress among faculty members at some Saudi universities

ABSTRACT:
This study sought to structure a pathway analysis model that account for relationships between academic quality of life, psychological resilience, and professional stress among faculty members at some Saudi universities. The study sample consisted of (237) faculty members from some Saudi universities (King Abdulaziz, Jeddah, King Khalid, Taif), with an average age of (47.53) and a standard deviation of (9.11). The researcher designed and utilized scales for academic quality of life scales prepared by the researcher, the psychological resilience scale prepared by (Kopasa, 1979) and translated by (Ismail and Taha, 2023), and the occupational stress scale prepared by (Al-Hussein, 2019). By utilizing Structural equation modeling method (path analysis), the research found a good match between the proposed path analysis model and the research sample data regarding the relationships between academic quality of life, psychological resilience, and professional stress. There is a direct negative and statistically significant effect between the components of academic quality of life and professional stress, a direct positive and statistically significant effect between academic quality of life and psychological resilience, a direct positive and statistically significant effect between psychological resilience and professional stress, a statistically significant indirect effect between the components of academic quality of life and professional stress through psychological resilience as an intervening variable, and a lack of similarity in the path analysis model for the relationships between the components of academic quality of life, psychological resilience, and professional stress among male and female faculty members, and a lack of similarity in the path analysis model for the relationships between the components of academic quality of life, psychological resilience, and professional stress among faculty members who belong to the universities of (King Abdulaziz, Jeddah, King Khalid, Taif). The results were discussed and interpreted and some proposals and recommendations were presented.
