فلسفة الجامعة المنتجة في ضوء وثيقة سياسة التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية‎ ‎دراسة تحليلية

هدفت الدراسة استظهار فلسفة الجامعة المنتجة في وثيقة سياسة التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية في الجوانب التالية: الجانب التعليمي، وجانب البحث العلمي، وجانب خدمة المجتمع، وجانب مفهوم الجامعة المنتجة، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي من خلال (أسلوب تحليل المحتوى) ، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في محتوى وثيقة سياسة التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية. ومن أهم نتائجها: أن أكثر بنود وثيقة سياسة التعليم في المملكة العربية السعودية نصت على معايير فلسفة الجامعة المنتجة إمّا صراحةً أو ضمناً، بينما لم ترد بعضها في الوثيقة وفق الجوانب التي اختارها الباحث وهي: الجانب التعليمي، جانب البحث العلمي، جانب خدمة المجتمع، جانب أهميتها، أنَّ ترتيب محاور مقياس معايير الجامعة المنتجة جاءت على النحو التالي: معايير الجامعة المنتجة في الجانب التعليمي، ثم معايير الجامعة المنتجة في جانب البحث العلمي، ومعايير الجامعة المنتجة في جانب خدمة المجتمع، وأخيراً معايير الجامعة المنتجة في جانب مفهومها، وقدمت الدراسة توصيات ومقترحات في موضوعها.

Abstract:
The current study is designed to recognize the availability of philosophy of the productive university in the education policy document in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the following aspects: educational aspect, scientific research aspect, community service aspect and productive university concept aspect. The study adopted the descriptive approach through (content analysis method) , and the study community was represented in the content of the education policy document in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The study revealed some results; the most of them: Most of the articles of policy document in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia stipulated the standards of the university’s productive philosophy, either explicitly or implicitly, while some of them were not mentioned in the document as per the aspects chosen by the researcher, namely: the educational aspect, the scientific research aspect, the community service aspect, and its concept aspect. The order of the themes of the productive university standards scale as included in the (study sample) in the education policy was as follows: productive university standards in the educational aspect, then productive university standards in the scientific research aspect, followed by productive university standards in the community service aspect, and finally productive university standards in its concept.
The study presented some recommendations and proposals on its subject.
