هدف البحث الحالي إلي عقد مقارنة بين مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في كلٍ من مصر واليابان, ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمد البحث علي منهج البحث المقارن وتحليل أبعاد الرؤية المقترحة من خلال عناصر المقارنة وهي: موقع رياض الأطفال من السُلم التعليمي, ونظام القبول, وبرامجها التربوية, ونظم إعداد معلماتها, فضلًا عن نظم تمويلها وصولُا لعمليات التقويم, وانتهي البحث إلي مجمموعة من النتائج من أهمها ضرورة إعادة النظر في نظم إعداد معلمات رياض الأطفال.
Abstract                                                    
The current research aimed to make a comparison between Kindergarten Institutions in Egypt and Japan, in order to achieve the research aim, the comparative method is used, in addition to the analysis of the suggested vision through certain factors such as: the position of kindergarten on the educational stage ,the kindergarten admission system,  the educational  programms ,the kindergarten financing,  the systems of preparing the teachers of kindergarten ,and finally its evaluation. And the research concluded with some results such as reconsidering the systems of preparing the teachers of kindergarten
