تطوير الجهود الإدارية الرقمية بجامعة المنصورة فى ضوء بعض الخبرات العالمية"‏

ملخص:
هدف البحث الحالى رصد واقع الجهود الإدارية الرقمية بجامعة المنصورة فى ضوء بعض الخبرات العالمية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى، وتم تطبيق الإستبانة على عينة من الموظفين الإداريين العاملين ببعض كليات جامعة المنصورة؛ للوقوف على واقع الجهود الإدارية الرقمية بالجامعة والبالغ عددهم (365) من أصل (835) موظف إدارى، وانتهى البحث إلى وضع عدة مقترحات لتطوير الجهود الإدارية الرقمية بجامعة المنصورة أبرزها: عقد دورات تدريبية على استخدام التكنولوجيا الرقمية وأساسيات التحول الرقمى فى التعليم والإدارة والبحث العلمى للتغلب على ضعف الثقافة الرقمية، البحث عن مصادر تمويل بديلة وإضافية حكومية وغير حكومية وكذلك تمويل استثمارى مشترك بين القطاع الخاص والحكومى، الإستفادة من المنح والإعانات والهبات الداخلية والخارجية ومساهمات رجال الأعمال الوطنيين والمستثمرين ومؤسسات المجتمع المدنى لدعم وتمويل مشروعات التطوير الرقمى بالجامعة، مراعاة المرونة الإدارية الميسرة لتطبيق عمليات التطوير الإدارى الرقمى.
Abstract:
The goal of the current research is to monitor the reality of the digital administrative efforts at Mansoura University in light of some international experiences. The research used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of administrative employees working in some of the colleges of Mansoura University, to determine the reality of the digital administrative efforts at the university, who number (365) out of (835) administrative employees, and the research concluded with developing several proposals to develop digital administrative efforts at Mansoura University, the most prominent of which is: Holding training courses on the use of digital technology and the basics of digital transformation in education, administration and scientific research to overcome the weakness of digital culture, searching for alternative and additional sources of funding, governmental and non-governmental, as well as joint investment financing between the private and governmental sectors, benefiting from grants, subsidies, internal and external donations, and contributions from national businessmen. Investors and civil society organizations to support and finance digital development projects at the university, taking into account administrative flexibility that facilitates the implementation of digital administrative development processes.
