متطلبات تحقيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بجامعة الكويت

مستخلص:
هدف الدراسة إلى التعرف علي متطلبات تحقيق متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية بجامعة الكويت  واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة الرئيسة لجمع البيانات في الاستبانة، تم اختيار عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة الكويت  بدولة الكويت.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه: يوجد عدد من المعوقات التي تؤدي إلي صعوبة تحقيق متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية بجامعة الكويت ، وللتغلب على هذه المشكلات والمعوقات تم وضع تصور مقترح لكيفية  تحقيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بجامعة الكويت ، وقد اتفق أفراد العينة على أهمية تفعيل الإدارة الإلكترونية داخل المؤسسات التعليمية وخاصة الجامعات باعتبارها مبدأ تنظيمي وإداري يسهم في التغلب علي الكثير من المشكلات الإدارية والتنظيمية داخل المؤسسات.  
وقد أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من المتطلبات اللازمة لتحقيق متطلبات الإدارة الإلكترونية بجامعة الكويت.

Abstract:
The study aimed to identify the requirements for achieving electronic management requirements at the University of Kuwait. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to achieve the objectives of the study. The main study tool for collecting data was the questionnaire. A sample of faculty members at Kuwait University in the State of Kuwait was selected.
The study concluded that: There are a number of obstacles that lead to the difficulty of achieving the requirements of electronic administration at the University of Kuwait. To overcome these problems and obstacles, a proposed vision was developed for how to achieve electronic administration at the University of Kuwait. The sample members agreed on the importance of activating electronic administration within educational institutions, especially universities. As an organizational and administrative principle that contributes to overcoming many administrative and organizational problems within institutions.
The study recommended a set of requirements necessary to achieve the requirements of electronic administration at Kuwait University.
