واقع الشفافية الإدارية ومتطلبات تحقيقها بمنطقة ‏الأحمدي التعليمية بدولة الكويت

الملخص:
هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على واقع الشفافية الإدارية بمنطقة الأحمدي التعليمية بدولة الكويت، وتحقيقًا لذلك حاولت الدراسة الوقوف على واقع الشفافية الإدارية بمنطقة الأحمدي التعليمية بدولة الكويت، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي، وصممت استبانة مكونة من (25) عبارة موزعة على أبعاد الشفافية الإدارية، ومتطلبات تحقيقها، طبقت على العاملين بمنطقة الأحمدي التعليمية، وأشارت النتائج إلى توافر أبعاد الشفافية الإدارية الخمسة إجمالًا بدرجة متوسطة وفقًا للترتيب التالي (المساءلة- وضوح التشريعات والقوانين- وضوح المعلومات والبيانات- المشاركة في صنع القرارات- تقييم الأداء)، وانتهي البحث بمجموعة من المتطلبات لتفعيل الشفافية الإدارية بمنطقة الأحمدي التعليمية بدولة الكويت.

Abstract:
The aim of the current research is to identify the reality of administrative transparency in the Ahmadi Educational Zone in the state of Kuwait, and to achieve this, the study tried to identify the reality of administrative transparency in the Ahmadi Educational Zone in the state of Kuwait, and to achieve the research goals, the researcher relied on the descriptive curriculum, and designed a questionnaire consisting of (25) phrases distributed on the dimensions of administrative transparency, and the requirements for achieving it, applied to the employees of the Ahmadi educational zone, and the results indicated the availability of the five dimensions of administrative transparency in total with an average degree according to the following order (accountability - clarity of legislation and laws - clarity of information and data - participation in decision-making- The research ended with a set of requirements to activate administrative transparency in the Ahmadi Educational Zone in the state of Kuwait.
