فعالية برنامج تدريبي قائم على اللفظ المنغم والإيقاع ‏الحركي في علاج اضطرابات النطق وأثره على الانسحاب ‏الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية

هدفت الدراسة الحالة إلى إعداد برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظرية اللفظ المنغم والإيقاع الحركي لعلاج اضطرابات النطق لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية، والتحقق من أثره في خفض الانسحاب الاجتماعي لديهم. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (6) تلميذات من تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية بالصفوف المختلفة، وتكونت العينة من مجموعة واحدة تجريبية، وتتراوح أعمارهم الزمنية من (6-11) سنة، بمتوسط عمري(8.166)، وانحراف معياري(0.408)، كما تكونت أدوات الدراسة من اختبار المصفوفات المتتابعة الملونة لجون رافن، اختبار الفرز العصبي السريع، مقياس النطق لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية(إعداد/الباحث)، مقياس الانسحاب الاجتماعي لتلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية(إعداد الباحث)، برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظرية اللفظ المنغم والايقاع الحركي في علاج اضطرابات النطق وأثره على الانسحاب الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية(إعداد/الباحث) واستخدم الباحث الاسلوب الاحصائي (معامل ويلكوكسون اللابارامتري)، كما اعتمد الباحث على المنهج شبه التجريبي ذو التصميم (قبلي- بعدي- تتبعي) للمجموعة الواحدة، وأسلوب دراسة الحالة. وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن فعالية البرنامج التدريبي القائم على اللفظ المنغم والايقاع الحركي في علاج اضطرابات النطق وأثره على الانسحاب الاجتماعي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية.

Abstract
The Effectiveness of a Training Program Based on Verbo-Tonal and Motor Rhythm in Treating Articulation Disorders and its effect on Social Withdrawal of Primary Stage Students.
The aim of the case study was to develop a training programme based on the theory of toned speech and motor rhythm to treat speech disorders in elementary students, and to verify its impact on reducing their social withdrawal. The study sample consisted of (6) pupils from primary school in different grades, and the sample consisted of one experimental group, ranging in age from (6-11) years, with average age (8.166), standard deviation (0.408), and study tools consisted of testing John Raven's colorful sequential matrices, rapid neurotransmitter test, speech scale for elementary students (preparation/researcher) programme based on the theory of harmonious speech and motor rhythm in the treatment of speech disorders and its impact on social withdrawal among primary students (Preparation/researcher) The researcher used the statistical method (Wilkoxone Labs), and the researcher also relied on the semi-experimental method of design (tribal-dimensional-tracking) for the same group, and the case study method. The results of the study resulted in the effectiveness of the training programme based on harmonious speech and motor rhythm in treating speech disorders and its impact on primary students' social withdrawal.
