متطلبات تنمية الوعي بتداعيات كورونا لمعلمي مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت ‏

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة في تنمية الوعي بتداعيات كورونا لدى معلمي مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت، والتعرف على مدى استجابات افراد عينة الدراسة نحو معوقات تحقيق لك الدور، ومتطلبات تنمية الوعى بتداعيات كورونا، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لتناول متغيرات الدراسة ، وتصمين استبانة وتم تطبيقها على عينة من مجتمع الدراسة الذي يشمل مديري ومعلمي ومعلمات مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمنطقة الفروانية بدولة الكويت، والبالغ عددهم (954) معلما ومدير، حيث تم اختيار عينة مثلت (155) معلما ومعلمة ومدير من مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمنطقة الفروانية التعليمية، توصلت نتائج الدراسة أن دور مديري مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت في تنمية وعي معلم المرحلة الثانوية بتداعيات جائحة كورونا جاء بمستوى مرتفع جدًا ومرتفع في جميع المؤشرات، وذلك ناتج من معرفة دورهم في تعزيز وتحقيق متطلبات  الثقافة الصحية، وكذلك اهتمام مديري المدارس بتطبيق الثقافة الصحية وبخاصة في ظل جائحة كورونا، وكذلك اهتمام مديري المدارس بتطبيق قواعد السلامة الصحية ونشر الوعى الصحي بينهم، وترسيخ السلوكيات الصحية السليمة يساعد على الحد من سبل انتقال العدوى.

Abstract
The aim of the study was to identify the role of middle school principals in developing health awareness regarding the consequences of COVID-19 among middle school teachers in Kuwait. The study also aimed to determine the extent of the respondents' responses to the obstacles that hinder the fulfillment of this role and the requirements for developing awareness of the repercussions of COVID-19. The descriptive method was used to address the study variables, and a questionnaire was formulated and administered to a sample from the study population, which included principals and teachers of middle schools in the Al-Farwaniya region of Kuwait. The total number of participants was 954 teachers and principals, and a sample of 155 teachers, principals, and administrators from middle schools in the Al-Farwaniya educational district was selected. The study results revealed that the role of middle school principals in Kuwait in developing awareness among secondary school teachers regarding the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic was found to be very high and high in all indicators. This is a result of their knowledge of their role in promoting and meeting the requirements of health culture. Additionally, the study found that school principals are keen on implementing health culture, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. They also focus on implementing health safety regulations, promoting health awareness among staff, and reinforcing healthy behaviors, which help in reducing the spread of infection.
