التحديات التي تواجه المعلمات في مدارس تعليم الكبار ‏في منطقة القصيم من وجهة نظرهن

  هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التحديات التي تواجه المعلمات في مدارس تعليم الكبار في منطقة القصيم، واقتراح بعض الحلول لهذه التحديات وذلك من خلال وجهة نظرهن. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، يتكون مجتمع البحث من جميع المعلمات في مدارس تعليم الكبار في منطقة القصيم في المملكة العربية السعودية، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (51) معلمة في مدارس تعليم الكبار في منطقة القصيم في المملكة العربية السعودية، واعتمد البحث على الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة للحصول على استجابات أفراد عينة البحث. توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: هناك درجة متوسطة من التحديات الإدارية التي تواجه المعلمات في مدارس تعليم الكبار في منطقة القصيم، حسب الوزن النسبي 76.3%. وهناك درجة كبيرة من التحديات المتعلقة بالمناهج التعليمية وطرق التدريس التي تواجه المعلمات في مدارس تعليم الكبار في منطقة القصيم، حسب الوزن النسبي 82.3%. وهناك درجة كبيرة من التحديات المتعلقة بالبيئة الصفية التي تواجه المعلمات في مدارس تعليم الكبار في منطقة القصيم، حسب الوزن النسبي 85%. وهناك درجة كبيرة من التحديات الاقتصادية التي تواجه المعلمات في مدارس تعليم الكبار في منطقة القصيم، حسب الوزن النسبي 87.7%. وهناك درجة كبيرة من التحديات المتعلقة بتطوير الكفاءة المهنية لمعلمات تعليم الكبار في منطقة القصيم، حسب الوزن النسبي 84.3%. وأوصى البحث بالاهتمام بالتخطيط العلمي والمنهجي للبرامج التدريبية التي تهدف لتطوير الكفاءة المهنية لمعلمات مدارس الكبار، وإعادة النظر في نظام الحوافز لمعلمات مدارس كبار السن وتقديره بما يتوافق مع جهودهن المبذولة في تعليم الكبار.

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the challenges facing female teachers in adult education schools in the Qassim region, and suggest solving From their point of view. The survey descriptive curriculum was used for this study, the research community consists of all female teachers in adult education schools in the Qassim region of Saudi Arabia. The research sample consisted of 51 female teachers in adult education schools in Qassim region of Saudi Arabia. The research was based on questionnaire as a key tool for obtaining the responses of the sample's members. The research came out with following findings: There are intermediate management challenges facing female teachers in adult education schools in the Qassim region, by relative weight of 76.3%. There was a significant degree of challenges related to the curriculum and teaching methods facing female teachers in adult education schools in the Qassim region, according to the relative weight of 82.3%. There are a significant degree of challenges related to the classroom environment facing female teachers in adult education schools in the Qassim region, depending on the relative weight of 85%. There are a significant degree of economic challenges facing female teachers in adult education schools in the Qassim region, according to the relative weight of 87.7%. There was a significant degree of challenges related to the professional development of adult education teachers in the Qassim region, according to the relative weight of 84.3%. The research recommended that attention need to be paid to the scientific and systematic planning of training programs aimed at developing the professionalism of adult school teachers, and that the incentive system for older school teachers needs to be reviewed and valued in line with their efforts in adult education.
