ملخص البحث :
تعددت أسماء الأصوات في المعاجم العربية واعتنى العلماء بها من خلال الحديث عنها وعن أنواعها وأشكالها ، وذكروا طائفة طويلة مما ورد عن العرب في هذا الميدان.
ويعد البندنيجي من علماء اللغة الذين اعتنوا بأسماء الأصوات في معجم (التقفية في اللغة ) حيث زخر هذا المعجم بطائفة من أسماء الأصوات عند الإنسان والحيوان مما يؤكد على أن مجيء هذه الأسماء إنما هو تأكيد لفكرة الاشتقاق من حيث طريقة صدورها ، كما يكشف هذا البحث المعنون بـ ( أسماء الأصوات في معجم التقفية في اللغة) عن مدى عناية المؤلف بهذه الطائفة من الألفاظ التي مثلت نمطاً من ثراء اللغة.
