مرتكبي الجرائم الإلكترونية في دولة الكويت

ملخص باللغة العربية:
هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف علي التعرف على التأثير النفسي لارتكاب الجرائم الالكترونية ، والتعرف على تأثير النفسي لاضطراب الاسرة على تواجد سمات إجرامية اليكترونية لدي افرادها ، والتعرف على الخصائص الشخصية لمرتكبي الجرائم الالكترونية (عمر – نوع – مؤهل تعليمي – مستوي ثقافي وتعليمي) ، وكانت عينة الدراسة يتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع مرتكبي الجرائم الالكترونية في المجتمع الكويتي وقد تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من  (100) من مرتكبي الجرائم الالكترونية بدولة الكويت، وتوصلت النتائج إلى: 1-العوامل النفسية المؤثرة على ارتكاب الجرائم الالكترونية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة جدا، حيث جاء المتوسِّط العام مساويا (4.21) ودرجة موافقة (موافق بشدة)، بانحراف معياري بلغ (0.75)، وهذا يدل على مدى تأثير العوامل النفسية المؤثرة في ارتكاب الجرائم الالكترونية حيث يشعر مرتكبي الجرائم بالإحباط وعدم الرضا عن حياتهم وظروفهم، ما قد دفعهم إلى البحث عن مصادر تعويض وتخفيف لهذه الألم كما أن التعرض للإدمان والتحرش الجنسي، من العوامل التي يمكن أن تؤدي إلى تشويه الشخصية والتأثير على سلوك مرتكبي الجرائم الالكتروني، 2-العوامل الأسرية المؤثرة على ارتكاب الجرائم الالكترونية جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة جدا، حيث جاء المتوسِّط العام مساويا (4.30) ودرجة موافقة (موافق بشدة)، بانحراف معياري بلغ (0.67)، وهذا يدل على مدى تأثير العوامل الأسرية المؤثرة في ارتكاب الجرائم الالكترونية حيث تعد الخلافات الزوجية أحد العوامل التي تؤدي الى الجرائم الالكترونية كما يعد التفكك الاسري الناتج من موت أحد الابوين من الأسباب المؤدية الى ارتكاب الجرائم الالكترونية

Abstract:
The current study aimed to identify the psychological impact of committing cybercrimes, identify the psychological impact of family disorder on the presence of cybercriminal traits among its members, and identify the personal characteristics of cybercrime perpetrators (age - gender - educational qualification - cultural and educational level), and the sample of the study was The study population represents all cybercrime perpetrators in Kuwaiti society. A random sample of (100) cybercrime perpetrators in the State of Kuwait was selected, and the results reached: 1- The psychological factors affecting the commission of cybercrimes were very high, as the general average was It is equal to (4.21) and the degree of agreement is (strongly agree), with a standard deviation of (0.75). This indicates the extent of the influence of the psychological factors affecting the commission of electronic crimes, as the perpetrators of crimes feel frustrated and dissatisfied with their lives and circumstances, which has prompted them to search for sources of compensation and mitigation. This pain, and exposure to addiction and sexual harassment, are among the factors that can lead to personality distortion and influence the behavior of cybercrime perpetrators. 2- The family factors influencing the commission of cybercrimes were very high, as the general average was equal to (4.30) and the degree of approval was (4.30). Strongly agree), with a standard deviation of (0.67), and this indicates the extent of the influence of family factors affecting the commission of cybercrimes, as marital disputes are one of the factors that lead to cybercrimes, and family disintegration resulting from the death of one of the parents is one of the reasons leading to the commission of cybercrimes.
