الفقر والبطالة وعلاقتهما بالسلوك المنحرف من وجهة نظر قاطني إسكان المكرمة الملكية الهاشمية في محافظة العاصمة

الملخص
هدفت الدِّراسة التعرُّف بشكل رئيس التعرف على العلاقة بين الفقر والبطالة وارتكاب السلوك المنحرف، والتعرف على العوامل المرتبطة بارتكاب الفقراء والعاطلين عن العمل للسلوكيات المنحرفة، والكشف عن أهم أنماط السلوكيات المنحرفة المرتبطة بالفقر والبطالة من وجهة نظر قاطني إسكان المكرمة الملكية الهاشمية في محافظة العاصمة.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدِّراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بأسلوب المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة، واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات، وتكونت عينة الدراسة
من (333) فرد تم اختيارهم بطريقة حصصية من مجتمع الدراسة المكون من القاطنين في
إسكان المكرمة الملكية الهاشمية "سكن كريم" في محافظة العاصمة ضمن منطقتي المستندة /أبو علندا ومنطقة الديار في لواء ماركا، وتمّ تحليل البيانات باستخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي والتحليلي.
أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية بين العوامل المرتبطة بالفقر ومستوى ارتكاب السلوكيات المنحرفة في المجتمع، وبينت النتائج أن ارتكاب السلوك المنحرف يرتبط طردياً بتأثير الفقر على العلاقات الأسرية وزيادة الخلافات بين الزوجين في الأسرة، وكذلك بشعور أفراد الأسر الفقيرة بالوصم الاجتماعي، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية بين العوامل المرتبطة بالبطالة ومستوى ارتكاب السلوكيات المنحرفة في المجتمع، وبينت النتائج أن ارتكاب السلوك المنحرف يرتبط طردياً بتأثير البطالة على شعور المتعطلين بالإحباط من عدم القدرة على الحصول على فرصة عمل، الشعور وشعور العاطلين عن العمل بالحرمان من الحقوق الأساسية للحياة الكريمة، وشعورهم بالعجز لعدم القدرة على تحقيق الأهداف.
وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة التعامل مع الفقر والبطالة والسلوك المنحرف كجوانب مترابطة تحتاج إلى حلول متكاملة تركز على توفير الفرص والدعم للأسر الفقيرة في المجتمع الأردني.

Abstract:
This study aimed at identifying the relationship between poverty and unemployment and committing the deviant behavior as well as identifying the factors leading to committing the deviant behavior among the poor and unemployed individuals, in addition to identifying the most important patterns of the deviant behaviors related to poverty and unemployment among those living in the Hashemite royal grant housing in the capital governorate. In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach based on social survey by sample, and the questionnaire was used as the study instrument for data-collection. The study sample consisted of (333) individuals who were selected using quota sampling method for the study population that consisted of those living in the Hashemite royal grant housing (decent housing) in the capital governorate in the regions of Al-Mostanida/ Abu Alanda and Al-Diyar in Marka District. The data were analyzed using the methods of analytical descriptive statistics. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between the factors related to poverty and the level of committing the deviant behaviors in the community. The results revealed that committing the deviant behavior is related to the impact of poverty on family relationships and the increased conflicts between spouses in families, and the feelings of the members of the poor family with social stigma. The results revealed that there is a positive relationship between the factors affecting unemployment and the level of committing deviant behaviors in the community. The results showed that committing the deviant behavior is positively related to the impact of unemployment on the unemployed individuals of depression due to not having a job, in addition to the feelings of unemployed individuals of deprivation from the basic rights of good life, and their feelings of powerlessness due to inability to achieve their objectives. The study recommended the necessity of dealing with poverty, unemployment and deviant behaviors as inter-correlated domains that require inclusive solutions which focus on providing opportunities and support to poor families in the Jordanian community.
