الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الشراكة المجتمعية في مرحلة رياض الأطفال، ودورها في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الأطفال من وجهة نظر المعلمات؛ ولتحقيق الأهداف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وعلى الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (466) معلمة من معلمات مرحلة رياض الأطفال في مدينة الرياض للقطاعين الحكومي والأهلي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أن مستوى ممارسة مدارس رياض الأطفال للشراكة المجتمعية جاء بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وأن معوقات تطبيق الشراكة المجتمعية في مدارس رياض الأطفال جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وأن درجة تأثير الشراكة المجتمعية في تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الأطفال جاء بدرجة كبيرة.

Abstract:
The study aimed to explore the role of community partnership in kindergarten education and its impact on the development of children's citizenship values from the perspective of teachers. To achieve these objectives, the study adopted a descriptive survey methodology and utilized a questionnaire as a research tool. The study sample consisted of 466 female teachers from both government and private kindergarten schools in Riyadh city. The study yielded several results, including the following: The level of community partnership practice in kindergarten schools was found to be moderate from the teachers' perspective. The obstacles to implementing community partnership in kindergarten schools were identified as significant. Moreover, the degree of the impact of community partnership on the development of children's citizenship values was found to be significant.
