معوقات دور مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم ‏الأساسي في تنمية القيم الأخلاقية لدى تلاميذها ‏لمواجهه انعكاسات الانفتاح الثقافي

الملخص :
هدف البحث الحالي إلي التعرف علي معوقات دور مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي في تنمية القيم الأخلاقية , وتحقيقاً لأهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي , وتم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لتحقيق أهداف البحث تم تطبيقها علي عينة من معلمي مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي , وقد بلغ حجم العينة (800 ) معلم ومعلمة , وتوصل البحث إلي عدد من النتائج من أهمها ما يلي : قصور دور مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي في تربية وتعليم النشء , وضعف الكفايات المهنية لدي بعض المعلمين في التعامل مع بعض المشكلات الأخلاقية التي تظهر لدي بعض التلاميذ , وبعد المناهج الدراسية عن الأحداث الجارية في المجتمع مما يسهم في خلق فجوة بين ما تقدمه المناهج الدراسية من قيم أخلاقية نظرية , والتطبيق العملي لها في ظل الأحداث والتطورات السريعة والمتغيرة .
Abstract:
The aim of the current research is to identify the obstacles to the role of the schools of the second cycle of basic education in developing moral values, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to achieve the objectives of the research. It was applied to a sample of teachers of the schools of the second cycle of basic education. The sample is (800) male and female teachers, and the research reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: the inadequacy of the role of schools in the second cycle of basic education in raising and educating young people, and the weakness of the professional competencies of some teachers in dealing with some moral problems that appear among some students, and after The curricula are about current events in society, which contributes to creating a gap between the theoretical moral values offered by the curricula, and their practical application in light of the rapid and changing events and developments.
