واقع الخدمات في برامج ومراكز التوحد بمدينة نجران ‏من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها

الملخص:
استهدف المشروع البحثي إلى التعرف على واقع الخدمات المقدمة في برامج ومراكز التوحد بمدينة نجران من وجهة نظر العاملين بها في ضوء ما ورد في الدليل التنظيمي للتربية الخاصة (الإصدار الأول) الصادر عن وزارة التعليم (1436/1437هـ)، والتعرف على الفروق الإحصائية في وجهة نظر العاملين في برامج ومراكز التوحد بمنطقة نجران حول واقع الخدمات المقدمة باختلاف متغيرات: الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي، نوع المؤسسة.
وتوصل المشروع البحثي إلى نتائج أهمها: أن الدرجة الكلية للمتوسط الحسابي لواقع الخدمات في برامج ومراكز التوحد بمدينة نجران من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها جاء بدرجة كبيرة بلغ مقداره (3.75) وبانحراف معياري (0.619).، كما توصل الى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط رتب تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع الخدمات في برامج ومراكز التوحد بمدينة نجران من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها تُعزى لمتغير الخبرة على الدرجة الكلية وعلى جميع المجالات. كما توصل الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط رتب تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لواقع الخدمات في برامج ومراكز التوحد بمدينة نجران من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها تُعزى لمتغير القطاع على الدرجة الكلية وعلى جميع المجالات ولصالح القطاع الخاص، باستثناء المجال الأول: الخدمات الأكاديمية، والمجال الرابع: التسهيلات لم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية.

Abstract
The research project aimed to identify the reality of services in autism programs and centers in the city of Najran from the viewpoint of its employees in light of what is stated in the Regulatory Guide for Special Education (First Edition) issued by the Ministry of Education (1436/1437AH), And identify the statistical differences in the viewpoint of the employees in autism programs and centers in the city of Najran about the reality of the services provided according to different variables: gender, years of experience, educational qualification, institution type.
The research project has reached results, the most important of them are: The total degree of the arithmetic average of the reality of services in autism programs and centers in the city of Najran from the viewpoint of its employees came to a large extent of (3.75) with a standard deviation of (0.619), And also came up with that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average ranks of the estimates of the study sample for the reality of services in autism programs and centers in the city of Najran from the viewpoint of its employees due to the variable of experience at the total degree and in all fields, And also there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the average ranks of the estimates of the study sample for reality of services in autism programs and centers in the city of Najran from the viewpoint of its employees attributed to the sector variable at the total degree and in all fields and for the private sector, With the exception of the first area: academic services, and the fourth area: facilities did not show statistically significant differences.
