هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على واقع ممارسة الإدارة المدرسية بمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام لدورها في الحد من التنمر المدرسي ، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث فقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، على عينة قوامها (360) معلم من معلمي مدارس التعليم الثانوي العام.
وقد توصلت الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج منها:  أنه يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح البديل (متوسطة)، لصالح البديل (صغيرة)، عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 حول واقع ممارسة الإدارة المدرسية بالتعليم الثانوي العام لدورها في الحد من التنمر المدرسي
وأوصت الدراسة بالعديد من التوصيات منها: توعية المسؤولين والمربيين والإداريين والمعلمين والقائمين على العملية التعليمية  بمشكلات التنمر المدرسي , تفعيل الأنشطة الطلابية بالمدارس في محاولة لتفريغ طاقات الطلاب , تفعيل مجالس الأمناء والآباء والمعلمين وجعل شغلها الشاغل مناقشة وحل المشاكل التي تواجه المدرسة , وضع قواعد ولوائح وقوانين مدرسيه صارم.
Abstract
The current research aims to identify the reality   of the practice of the school administration in general secondary education schools for its role in reducing school bullying, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was used, on a sample of (360) teachers from general secondary education schools.
The study reached several conclusions, including: There are statistically significant differences in favor of the alternative (medium), in favor of the alternative (small), at the level of significance 0.01 about the reality of the educational role of the school in confronting school bullying among high school students
The study recommended several studies, including: educating officials, educators, administrators, teachers, and those in charge of the educational process about the problems of school bullying, activating student activities in schools in an attempt to unload students' energies, activating boards of trustees, parents, and teachers and making their preoccupation with discussing and solving problems facing the school, setting school rules, regulations, and laws strict.
