العوامل المؤثرة على تحصيل الرياضيات بالصف العاشر في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين

الملخص :
هدف البحث لتعرف العوامل المؤثرة في تدني التحصيل الدراسي لمادة الرياضيات لدى طلاب الصف العاشر بدولة الكويت. وتعرف المعوقات التي تواجه طلاب الصف العاشر عند تعلم مادة الرياضيات بدولة الكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وتقديم بعض التوصيات والمقترحات لزيادة التحصيل في مادة الرياضيات لدى طلاب الصف العاشر بدولة الكويت. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة.
وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن العوامل المؤثرة في تدني التحصيل الدراسي لمادة الرياضيات لدى طلاب الصف العاشر بدولة الكويت، كانت العوامل المرتبطة بالطالب في المرتبة الأولى، وجاء في المرتبة الثانية المناهج والكتب الدراسية، وجاء في المرتبة الثالثة العوامل المرتبطة بالبيئة والتنظيم المدرسى، وأساليب وطرائق التدريس، وجاء في المركز الأخير المحور الخاص بشخصية المعلم وكفاياته الأكاديمية والتربوية. وأوصت الدراسة بالاهتمام بوضع الخطط والبرامج للعمل على رفع مستوى التحصيل لدى الطلاب. وعقد المزيد من الدورات والتدريبات للمعلمين لكيفية مراعاتهم للفروق الفردية لدى الطلاب أثناء إجراء الاختبارات لقياس مستوى التحصيل لدى الطلاب.

Abstract:
The aim of the research is to identify the factors affecting the low academic achievement in mathematics among tenth grade students in the State of Kuwait. The obstacles facing tenth grade students when learning mathematics in Kuwait are known from the point of view of teachers. And provide some recommendations and proposals to increase achievement in mathematics among tenth grade students in the State of Kuwait. The descriptive approach was used as it suits the nature of the study. The results of the study concluded that the factors affecting the low academic achievement in mathematics among tenth grade students in the State of Kuwait were the factors related to the student in first place, the curricula and textbooks came in second place, and the factors related to the environment, school organization, and teaching methods and methods came in third place. The axis related to the teacher’s personality and his academic and pedagogical competencies came in last place. The study recommended paying attention to developing plans and programs to work on raising the level of achievement among students. Holding more courses and training for teachers on how to take into account students’ individual differences while conducting tests to measure students’ level of achievement.
