تصورٌ مقترحٌ للتميزِ الأكاديمي لأعضاءِ هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية في ضَوء بعضِ الاتجاهاتِ المعاصرة

استهدف البحثُ الحالي الكشفَ عن الأسس الفكريةِ والأطر النظرية للتميز الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات، وبعض الاتجاهات المعاصرة لتحقيقه، والتعرفَ على واقع التميز الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية، ومعوقات تحقيقه، وتقديم تصورٍ مقترحٍ لتحقيق التميز الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية.
اعتمد البحثُ على المنهج الوصفي نظرًا لمناسبته لطبيعته، مستعينًا بالاستبانة التي تم إعدادها وتطبيقها على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بلغت (298) عضوًا، من مجتمع الدراسة البالغ (2610) أعضاء هيئةِ تدريس، وذلك للتعرف على واقع التميز الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية ومعوقات تحقيقه.
وتوصل البحثُ إلى عدة نتائج أهمها؛ أنّ واقع التميز الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية جاء بدرجةٍ متوسطة، كما وصفته النتائجُ الإحصائية، وكذلك توجد معوقات (إدارية، خاصة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس، مالية) تقف حائلًا دون تحقيقه، وقدم البحثُ تصورًا مقترحًا لتحسين واقع التميز الأكاديمي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنوفية في ضَوء بعض الاتجاهات المعاصرة المتمثلة في (التشارك المعرفي- التمكين الوظيفي- الحراك الأكاديمي).

Abstract
The current research aimed to reveal the intellectual foundations and theoretical frameworks for academic excellence for faculty members in universities, and some contemporary trends to achieve it, and to identify the reality of academic excellence for faculty members at Menoufia University, and the obstacles to achieving it, and to present a proposed  Perspective to achieve academic excellence for faculty members at Menoufia University.
The research relied on the descriptive approach due to its suitability to its nature, using the questionnaire that was prepared and applied to a sample of (298) faculty members, from the study population of (2610) faculty members, in order to identify the reality of academic excellence for faculty members at Menoufia University and the obstacles to achieving it.
The research reached several results, the most important of which is that the reality of academic excellence for faculty members at Menoufia University came to a medium degree, as described by the statistical results, and there are also obstacles (administrative, specific to faculty members, financial) that stand in the way of achieving it. The research presented a proposed Perspective to improve the reality of academic excellence for faculty members at Menoufia University in the light of some contemporary trends (Knowledge sharing - job empowerment - academic mobility).
