التمكين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للمرأة وتطبيقاته التربوية "دراسة تحليلية من منظور التربية الإسلامية

استهدف البحث التعرف على مفهوم التمكين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للمرأة وعوامل تحقيقه وتطبيقاته التربوية من منظور التربية الإسلامية، واستخدم البحث المنهج الأصولي، والمنهج الوصفي، وتضمن إطارا عاما شمل مقدمة البحث ومشكلته وأسئلته وأهدافه وأهميته ومنهجه والدراسات السابقة، ثم ثلاث مباحث للإطار النظري للبحث، تناول المبحث الأول الإطار المفاهيمي لتمكين المرأة، وتناول المبحث الثاني معالم تربية المرأة على التمكين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وفق الأصول الإسلامية وتطبيقاته التربوية، بينما اهتم المبحث الثالث بعرض الآليات التي تساعد على تعزيز التمكين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للمرأة من منظور التربية الإسلامية في الواقع المعاصر. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج كان من أهمها أن التمكين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي للمرأة يعد من أهم أسباب تقدم المجتمعات فهو انعكاس لمدى استثمار ما لديها من طاقات من أجل الوصول نحو مجتمع أفضل، ولعل أهم عملية إنمائية تقوم بها أي دولة هي تنمية مواردها البشرية. كما أكد البحث على قيمة المرأة المجتمعية باعتبارها شريكة للرجل في المجتمع من خلال ما كفلته التعاليم الإسلامية، كما توصل البحث إلى ضرورة الوسطية في حياة المرأة والتي تعزز العمل على ضرورة تحلي المرأة في الإسلام بالسلوك المتوازن في كل من ممارسات النفس البشرية سواء تلك المتعلقة بالإنجازات أو بإشباع الحاجات، لأن هذه الوسطية هي التجسيد الحي لكل من الصحة والعافية والتوازن، ومن خلالها يتحقق الانسجام مع سنن الله وقوانينه في الخلق فيما يتعلق بالمرأة. كما توصل البحث إلى أن الرؤية المعاصرة عن المرأة والمرتبطة بالمنظور الإسلامي لم تتجاهل معطيات الواقع وخصوصيته في مقابل الانبهار بالحداثة الغربية، ولم تناد بحقوق المرأة دون فهم للسياق الاجتماعي العام، ولكن المطالبة بممارسة المرأة لحقوقها التي كفلها لها الإسلام تتطلب وعي المرأة بتلك الحقوق وما يتبعها من واجبات حتى تستطيع التمييز بين ما هو أصيل منها وما هو دخيل على الإسلام، وحتى تستطيع المرأة الدفاع عن نفسها ضد دعاة اتجاهي الإفراط والتفريط الذين يطالبون بما لا يتناسب مع مبادئ الدين الإسلامي الحنيف، الذي أعلى من شأن المرأة وأعطاها حقوقها. وأخيرا أكد البحث على أن مبدأ التمكين للمرأة لا يختلف ولا يتناقض مع مبادئ الإسلام وتعاليمه، كما أنه لا يعني التطابق بين الرجل والمرأة، بل ينبغي أن يتم في ضوء احترام الاختلاف بين الرجل والمرأة، مع عدم تحميله أكثر من حجمه أو تفسيره لصالح فئة دون أخرى، كما ينبغي دراسة النصوص الدينية وتحليلها ومراجعتها من أجل إعادة صياغة منظور للتمكين يمتاز بالتقدم والأصالة.

Abstract:
The research aimed to identify the concept of social and economic empowerment of women, factors for achieving it, and its educational applications from the perspective of Islamic education. The research used the fundamentalist and the descriptive methods. It included a general framework that included introduction, problem, questions, objectives, significance, methodology, and previous studies of the research, then three sections for the theoretical framework of the research. The first section discussed the conceptual framework for empowering women. The second topic discussed the features of educating women on economic and social empowerment according to Islamic principles and its educational applications. The third topic discussed the mechanisms that help enhance the social and economic empowerment of women from the perspective of Islamic education in contemporary reality. The research reached several results, the most important of which was that the social and economic empowerment of women is one of the most important reasons for the progress of societies. It is a reflection of the extent of benefiting her energies in order to reach a better society, and perhaps the most important development process undertaken by any country is the development of its human resources. The research also emphasized the societal value of woman as a partner of the man in society through what the Islamic teachings guaranteed. The research also concluded the need for moderation in women's lives, which reinforces the need for women in Islam to have balanced behavior in each of the practices of the human soul, whether those related to achievements or satisfying needs. Because this moderation is the living embodiment of both health, wellness and balance, and through it harmony is achieved with God’s laws and laws of creation with regard to women. The research also concluded that the contemporary vision of women, which is linked to the Islamic perspective, did not ignore the data of reality and its specificity in contrast to the fascination with Western modernity, and did not call for women's rights without understanding the general social context. However, the demand for women to exercise their rights guaranteed to them by Islam requires women's awareness of those rights and the duties that follow. So that women can distinguish between what is authentic and what is alien to Islam, and so that women can defend themselves against advocates of excessive and negligent attitudes who demand something that is not commensurate with the principles of the true Islamic religion, which raises the status of women and gives them their rights. Finally, the research emphasized that the principle of women's empowerment does not differ or contradict the principles and teachings of Islam, nor does it mean conformity between men and women. Rather, it should be done in accordance with respecting the difference between men and women, while not burdening it with more than its size or interpreting it in favor of one group over another. In addition, religious texts should be studied, analyzed, and revised in order to reformulate a perspective of empowerment that is characterized by progress and originality.
