الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الرشاقة المعرفية لدى طلبة الجامعة

ملخص البحث:
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الرشاقة المعرفية، وكذلك تحديد مستوى الرشاقة المعرفية لدى طلبة الجامعة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (245) طالب وطالبة من طلبة كلية التربية بجامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بسلطنة عمان، حيث تم تطبيق مقياس الرشاقة المعرفية (إعداد الباحثة) المكون من (30) عبارة موزعة على ثلاث أبعاد هم : الانفتاح المعرفي (10) عبارات، والمرونة المعرفية (10) عبارات، وتركيز الانتباه (10)عبارات، وتم حساب دلالات مؤشرات الاتساق الداخلي للمقياس عن طريق حساب معاملات الارتباط بين درجات كل عبارة من عبارات المقياس والدرجات الكلية للبعد الذي تنمي إليه، وكذلك بين الأبعاد والمقياس ككل ومستوى دلالتها، كما تم حساب دلالات مؤشرات ثبات المقياس بطريقتي ألفا كرونباخ والتجزئة النصفية لسبيرمان وبراون، كما تم حساب الصدق العاملي لمقياس الرشاقة المعرفية، وتوصلت النتائج إلى توافر الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس الرشاقة المعرفية لدى طلبة كلية التربية (صدق وثبات واتساق) بدرجة جيدة وبالتالي فهو صالح للتطبيق، كما كشفت النتائج عن توفر مستوى متوسط من الرشاقة المعرفية لدى عينة البحث.

Abstract:
The current research aims to verify the psychometric characteristics of the cognitive agility scale, as well as to determine the level of cognitive agility among university students, the research sample consisted of (245) male and female students from the College of Education at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in the Sultanate of Oman, The cognitive agility scale (prepared by the researcher) was applied, consisting of (30) items distributed on three dimensions: cognitive openness (10) items, cognitive flexibility (10)  items, and focused attention (10) items.  The significance of the internal consistency indicators of the scale was calculated by finding the correlation coefficients between the scores of each item of the scale and the total degrees of the dimension to which it belongs, as well as the correlation between the dimensions and the scale as a whole and its significance level. The reliability of the was scale verified using Cronbach's Alpha and Spearman's and Brown's half-partition methods.   The validity of the scale was also verified by factorial validity.  The results revealed that the psychometric characteristics of the cognitive agility scale has been verified by (validity, stability and consistency) are    available in a good degree, and therefore it is applicable. Also, the results showed a medium level of cognitive agility among the research sample.
