فعالية برنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوكي لخفض الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدى الأطفال الأيتام المقيمين بدور الرعاية

هدف البحث الحالي إلي التحقق من فعالية برنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوكي لخفض الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدي الأطفال الأيتام المقيمين بدور الرعاية، وتكونت عينة البحث من(٢٦)طفلاً وطفلة من الأطفال الأيتام، تراوحت أعمارهم الزمنية مابين (٩-١٢)سنة بجمعية الصفا بطلخا، وتم تقسيمهم إلي مجموعتين (تجربية وضابطة)، اشتملت كل مجموعة (١٣)طفلاً وطفلة منهم(٤ذكور، ٩إناث) للمجموعة التجربية، و (٥ذكور، ٩إناث) للمجموعة الضابطة، واشتملت أدوات البحث علي مقياس الوحدة النفسية للأطفال(إعداد أماني عبدالمقصود ٢٠١٤)، برنامج إرشادي معرفي سلوكي لخفض الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدي الأطفال الأيتام المقيمين بدور الرعاية(إعداد الباحثة)، واستخدمت الباحثة الأساليب الإحصائية الأتية: اختبار مان-ويتني، واختبار ويلكوكسن لإشارة الرتب، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعتين التجربية والضابطة في القياس البعدي علي مقياس الوحدة النفسية لصالح المجموعة التجربية، كما توصلت النتائج إلي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجربية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي علي مقياس الوحدة النفسية لصالح القياس البعدي، بينما توصلت النتائج إلي عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجربية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي علي مقياس الوحدة النفسية، ويوجد تأثير دال للبرنامج الإرشادي المعرفي السلوكي في خفض الشعور بالوحدة النفسية لدي الأطفال الأيتام للمجموعة التجربية.

Abstract:
The current research aimed to verify the effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral counseling program to reduce the feeling of psychological loneliness among orphaned children residing in care homes, and the research sample consisted of (26) children from orphaned children, whose chronological ages ranged between (9-12) years in Al-Safa Association in Talkha, and they were divided into two groups (experimental and control), each group included (13) children and girls of them (4 males, 9 females) for the experimental group, and (5 males, 9 females) for the control group, and the research tools included the scale of psychological unit for children (prepared by Amani Abdel-Maqsoud 2014) , a cognitive behavioral counseling program to reduce the feeling of psychological loneliness among orphaned children residing in care homes (prepared by the researcher), and the researcher used the following statistical methods: Man-Whitney test, and Wilcoxen test for the rank signal, and the results of the research found that there are statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the degrees of the experimental and control groups in the dimensional measurement on the scale of psychological unit in favor of the experimental group, and the results also found that there are statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the experimental group degrees in the pre- and post-measurements on Psychological unit scale in favor of dimensional measurement, while the results found that there are no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the experimental group scores in the dimensional and tracking measurements on the psychological unit scale, and there is a significant effect of the cognitive-behavioral counseling program in reducing the feeling of psychological loneliness among orphaned children of the experimental group
