درجة ممارسة مديرات المدارس بمحافظة المخواة للقيادة الأصيلة من وجهة نظر المعلمات

الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن درجة ممارسة مديرات المدارس بمحافظة المخواة للقيادة الأصيلة من وجهة نظر المعلمات، وأيضاً تحديد دلالة الفروق في استجابات عينة الدراسة وفقاً لبعض المتغيرات الديموجرافية (المرحلة التعليمية، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي، كما تم اختيار عينة عشوائية من المعلمات بلغ عددها (364) معلمة، وتم استخدام الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات - وذلك بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها على عينة اسنطلاعية قوامها (50) معلمة من خارج عينة الدراسة الأساسية - حيث أمكن تطبيقها على عينة الدراسة الأساسية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها وجود درجة (كبيرة جداً) من ممارسة القيادة الأصيلة، لم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة ( ≤ 0.05α) في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تُعزى لمتغيرات المرحلة التعليمية وسنوات الخبرة والمؤهل العلمي.

Abstract:
The study aimed to reveal the degree of practice of principals of schools in Al-Makhwah Governorate for authentic leadership from the point of view of female teachers, and also to determine the significance of differences in the responses of the study sample according to some demographic variables (educational stage, years of experience, and academic qualification). To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was followed. Choosing a random sample of (364) female teachers, and the questionnaire was used as a data collection tool - after verifying its validity and stability on an exploratory sample of (50) female teachers from outside the sample of the basic study - as it could be applied to the sample of the basic study, and the study reached A group of results, the most prominent of which was the presence of a (very large) degree of authentic leadership practice. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) in the study sample responses due to the variables of educational stage, years of experience, and educational qualification.
