متطلبات تحقيق التميز المؤسسي بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف مدى تحقيق التميز المؤسسي بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت واتبع الباحث لتحقيق نتائج الدراسة الحالية المنهج الوصفى المسحى الارتباطى، وأجريت الدراسة على  عشوائية قوامها (355) معلم ومعلمة من مدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بدولة الكويت، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ارتفاع مستوى تحقيق التميز المؤسسي من وجهة نظر العاملين بمدارس المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة الفروانية بدولة الكويت ،  وأوصت الدراسة بدعم الابتكار والتطوير داخل المؤسسات التعليمية من خلال تشجيع مديري المدارس على طرح أفكار جديدة ومبتكرة من خلال السعى إلى توفير المتطلبات والإمكانيات المادية والتكنولوجية التي تساعد على تحقيق التميز المؤسسي داخل المدرسة .

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the extent to which institutional excellence is achieved in middle school schools in the State of Kuwait. To achieve the results of the current study, the researcher followed the descriptive, correlational survey approach. The study was conducted on a random basis of (355) teachers from middle school schools in the State of Kuwait. From the point of view of workers in intermediate schools in Farwaniya Governorate in the State of Kuwait, the study recommended supporting innovation and development within educational institutions by encouraging school principals to put forward new and innovative ideas by striving to provide material and technological requirements and capabilities that help achieve institutional excellence within the school.Keywords: middle school schools, institutional excellence.
