ملخص
هدف البحث رصد  واقع التعليم الهجين في مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي بمحافظة الدقهلية ، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (1480) من مديري ومعلمي مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي بمحافظة الدقهلية ، وانتهى البحث إلى عدة مقترحات لتطبيق التعليم الهجين في مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي بمحافظة الدقهلية ، منها: تشكيل لجان متابعة ومراجعة على مستوى الوزارة والمديريات والإدارات التعليمية لمتابعة إجراءات تنفيذ التعليم الهجين بالمدارس، وضع خطة شاملة للعام الدراسي بالكامل تحدد نظام العمل بالمدارس أثناء تطبيق التعليم الهجين، وفترات الدراسة وطرق تنظيمها، وضع خريطة زمنية لتدريب المعلمين والطلاب على كيفية الدخول والتسجيل واستخدام المنصات الإلكترونية المخصصة لتقديم الأنشطة والبرامج التدريسية، وضع نظام كلي للامتحانات والتقويم بالنظام الإلكتروني والتقليدي، مع تدبير الإمكانات اللازمة لتطبيقه وضمان استمراريته ونجاحه ونزاهته، وضع برنامج تدريبي حول كيفية قيام المعلم بتصميم وبناء وتقديم المحتوى التدريسي للطلاب وتنفيذها قبل بداية العام الدراسي بستة أسابيع، تخصيص جروب إلكتروني خاص عبر واتساب أو تيليجرام للتواصل مع أولياء الأمو، مراقبة أداء المعلمين، والعاملين بالمدرسة بالوسائل الإلكترونية، تشجيع الطلاب على إنشاء مجموعات متنوعة من مصادر التعلم للمواضيع التي تهمهم ويمكن تخزينها في مستودع لاسترجاعها في أي وقت.
Abstract:
The aim of the research is to monitor the reality of hybrid education in pre-university education schools in Dakahlia Governorate, and the research used the descriptive approach. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of (1480) principals and teachers of pre-university education schools in Dakahlia Governorate, and the research concluded with several proposals for the application of hybrid education in pre-university schools in Dakahlia Governorate, including: the formation of follow-up and review committees at the level of the ministry, directorates and educational departments to follow up the procedures for implementing hybrid education in schools, developing a comprehensive plan for the entire academic year that defines the system of work in schools during the application of hybrid education, study periods and methods of organizing them, and setting a time map for training teachers and students On how to enter, register, and use the electronic platforms dedicated to providing educational activities and programs, setting up a comprehensive system for examinations and evaluation in the electronic and traditional system, while providing the necessary capabilities for its implementation and ensuring its continuity, success, and integrity, developing a training program on how the teacher can design, build, and present teaching content to students and implement them before the start of the school year Within six weeks, allocating a special electronic group via WhatsApp or Telegram to communicate with parents, monitoring the performance of teachers and school staff by electronic means, encouraging students to create a variety of learning resources for topics of interest to them and can be stored in a repository for retrieval at any time.
