القيادة التشاركية وعلاقتها بمستوى اليقظة الاستراتيجية بمدارس التعليم الثانوى بالكويت: دراسة ميدانية

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى علاقة القيادة التشاركية بمستوى اليقظة الاستراتيجية بمدارس التعليم الثانوى من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي/ المسحي والارتباطي والسببي، والرجوع للأدبيات السابقة، تم بناء استبانة تكونت من (42) فقرة موزعة على (6) مجالات، وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية مكونة من (123) معلماً، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة القيادة التشاركية في مدارس التعليم الثانوى كانت "متوسطة"، ومستوى اليقظة الاستراتيجية في المدارس كان "متدنياً"، كذلك وُجدت علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥α) بين درجة ممارسة القيادة التشاركية في مدارس التعليم الثانوى ومستوى اليقظة الاستراتيجية فيها، ووجد أثر لممارسة القيادة التشاركية في تحسين مستوى اليقظة الاستراتيجية في مدارس التعليم الثانوى عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥α ).

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the  Relation between Participative Leadership  and  The Level of Strategic Vigilance at Secondary Education School in Kuwait from its teacher  point of view. By using the descriptive/surveying correlative and causal approach and referring to previous literature review, a questionnaire was designed consisted of (42) items distributed on (6) axes. After verifying its validity and reliability, the questionnaire has been applied to a stratified random sample of (123) male and female teachers. The study found that the degree of Participative Leadership practice at Secondary Education School in Kuwait was "intermediate" and the level of Strategic Vigilance is "low", there was also revealed a positive correlation statistically significant level (α 0.05) between the degree of Participative leadership practice and the level of Strategic Vigilance at Secondary Education School in Kuwait .
