درجة ممارسة مديرى المدارس الثانوية بالكويت للقيادة التشاركية وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفى لمعلميهم

هدف البحث الحالي الى  تحديد درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة الفروانية فى دولة الكويت للقيادة التشاركية ودورها فى تعزيز الرضا الوظيفى للمعلمين، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى التحليلي، وقد تم اختيار العينة وقد بلغ عددهم (240)  معلم ومعلمة بمدارس الثانوية بمحافظة الفروانية فى دولة الكويت، وقد قامت الباحثة بتوزيع الاستبانه على أفراد العينة وجمعها من افراد العينة بمدارس المرحلة الثانوية وتوصلت الى أن ضرورة  التركيز على تحسين العلاقة بين الزملاء في المدرسة وزملاء المهنة من أجل تبادل الخبرات، ضرورة رفع الوعى لدى المعلمين باهمية القيادة التشاركية ودورها فى تحقيق الرضا الوظيفي لديهم، تعزيز ممارسات القيادة التشاركية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية بالكويت من خلال الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل، الاهتمام بتحقيق المشاركة الفاعلة للمعلمين فى اتخاذ القرارات والافكار المتميزة التى تهدف رفع مستوى الرضا لديهم وتحقيق اهداف المدرسة

Abstract:
The objective of the current research is to determine the degree of the practice of participatory leadership by principals of secondary schools in the Farwaniya Governorate in the State of Kuwait and its role in enhancing the job satisfaction of teachers. The researcher distributed the questionnaire to the sample members and collected it from the sample members in the secondary schools, and she reached The need to focus on improving the relationship between colleagues in the school and colleagues in the profession in order to exchange experiences, the need to raise awareness among teachers of the importance of participatory leadership and its role in achieving their job satisfaction, promoting participatory leadership practices among secondary school principals in Kuwait through training courses and workshops, interest in achieving The active participation of teachers in making decisions and distinguished ideas that aim to raise their level of satisfaction and achieve the goals of the school
