آليات تحقيق الاستفادة من نتائج البحث التربوي في إعداد سياسات تطوير التعليم الصناعي

استهدف البحث محاولة الوصول إلي تصور تربوي مقترح لتحقيق الاستفادة من نتائج البحث التربوي في اعداد سياسات تطوير التعليم الصناعي ، واعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج الوصفي ، وذلك من خلال التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين البحث التربوي وسياسات تطوير التعليم الصناعي ، و تحديد معوقات تحقيق الاستفادة من نتائج البحث التربوي في اعداد سياسات تطوير التعليم الصناعي ، و تحديد آليات تحقيق الاستفادة من نتائج البحث التربوي في اعداد سياسات تطوير التعليم الصناعي.
وتوصل البحث الحالي إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: وجود العديد من معوقات تحقيق الاستفادة من نتائج البحث التربوي في صنع السياسة التعليمية في مصر منها : غياب سياسة علمية بحثية حقيقية غير خاضعة للتغيرات السياسية ، وغياب نظم الأولويات في البحث التربوي ، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تم التوصل إلى العديد من آليات تحقيق الاستفادة من نتائج البحث التربوي في اعداد سياسة التعليم الصناعي التي يمكن من خلالها التغلب على هذه المشكلات أهمها : إنشاء مركز للبحوث التربوية في مجال التعليم الصناعي يتمتع بالاستقلالية الإدارية والمالية ، تمثيل الباحثين التربويين في مجال التعليم الصناعي في أجهزة رسم السياسات التربوية وتنفيذها.

The research focused on an attempt to reach a proposed educational vision to achieve benefit from the results of educational research in the preparation of industrial education development policies , The current research relied on the descriptive method , This is done by identifying the nature of the relationship between educational research and industrial education development policies , and identifying the obstacles to benefiting from the results of educational research in preparing industrial education development policies, and identifying mechanisms to achieve benefit from the results of educational research in the preparation of policies for the development of industrial education.
The current research has reached many results, the most important of which are: There are many obstacles to benefiting from the results of educational research in making educational policy in Egypt, including: The absence of a real scientific research policy that is not subject to political changes , and the absence of priority systems in educational research, In light of the results of the research, many mechanisms have been reached to achieve benefit from the results of educational research in preparing an industrial education policy through which these problems can be overcome, including: Establishing an educational research center in the field of industrial education that enjoys administrative and financial independence , Representing educational researchers in the field of industrial education in educational policy-making and implementation bodies .
