معالم جامعة مهنية بدولة فلسطين لمواكبة احتياجات سوق العمل

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على معالم الجامعة مهنية بدولة فلسطين لمواكبة احتياجات سوق العمل ومن اجل تحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم بناء استبانة وزعت على عينة وتكونت من (121) من الاكاديميين في الجامعات الفلسطينية ، وتم توزيعها بالطريقة المتيسرة، وتكونت أداة الدراسة من (27) فقرة، وتم التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات باستخدام برنامج الرزم الاجتماعية (SPSS) واستخدام اختبار تحليل التباين الاحادي ومعادلة كرونباخ الفا بالإضافة إلى المتوسطات والانحرافات المعيارية لفقرات الاستبانة، وبلغ معامل الثبات (0.97) وهو معامل ثبات جيد يفي بأغراض البحث العلمي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان  أكثر المهن التي يحتاجها سوق العمل هي الكهربائي، ومهنيون في القطاع الصناعي والزراعي، وأن أقل ما يرى المستجيبون من المهن التي يحتاجها سوق العمل هي مديري المهن التي تخص قطاع المقاولات، وفيما يتعلق بتصور انشاء جامعة مهنية كان مكان انشائها في مدينة نابلس كونها تتوسط محافظات الضفة الغربية وانها قريبة على العديد من المحافظات، وفيما يتعلق برسالة الجامعة انها تسعى الى التميز دوليا والريادة عمليات التعليم والتعلم من خلال البحث التطبيقي والحفاظ على  استدامة المجتمع وتنميته، كما وتسعى هذه الجامعة الى ترسيخ القيم وكذلك الإبداع والريادة والتطوير المستمر في مجالات العلوم التطبيقية والمهنية والتكنولوجية، وانها ستتكون من ثلاث كليات وهي الكليات الطبية والكليات الحرفية والكليات التكنولوجية وسيتم احتواء كل كلية على مجموعه من التخصصات وكانت اهم التوصيات ضرورة العمل على وضع اتجاهات واضحة لتعريف الطلبة بكليات التعليم المهني  من خلال شرح التخصصات الملائمة لسوق العمل واهميتها، العمل على توفير كافة التخصصات المهنية والتي تتوافق مع سوق العمل الفلسطيني.

Abstract
This study aims to identify the features of the professional university in the State of Palestine to keep pace with the needs of the labor market and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was relied upon, and a questionnaire was built and distributed to a sample and consisted of (121) academics in Palestinian universities, and it was distributed in the available way, and the study tool consisted of (27) items, and the statistical analysis of the data was carried out using the social packages program (SPSS) and the use of the single variance analysis test and the Cronbach alpha equation in addition to the averages and standard deviations of the paragraphs  The results of the study showed that the most professions needed by the labor market are electricians, and professionals in the industrial and agricultural sector, and that the least respondents see from the professions needed by the labor market are managers of professions related to the contracting sector, With regard to the vision of establishing a professional university, the place of its establishment was in the city of Nablus, as it is in the middle of the governorates of the West Bank and it is close to many governorates, and with regard to the mission of the university that it seeks to excel internationally and lead the teaching and learning processes through applied research and maintain the sustainability and development of society, and this university seeks to consolidate values as well as creativity, leadership and continuous development in the fields of applied, professional and technological sciences, and it will consist of three colleges, namely medical colleges, craft colleges and technological colleges.  Each college will contain a set of specializations, and the most important recommendations were the need to work on setting clear directions to introduce students to the faculties of vocational education by explaining the specializations appropriate to the labor market and their importance, working to provide all professional specializations that are compatible with the Palestinian labor market.
