تطوير أداء مديرات المدارس بمنطقة الباحة في ضوء نموذج التميز الأوروبي 2020: تصوّر مقترح

هدفت الدراسة بناء تصوّر مقترح لتطوير أداء مديرات المدارس بمنطقة الباحة في ضوء نموذج التميز الأوروبي 2020؛ حيث تم الكشف عن درجة تطبيق المتطلبات اللازمة للتطوير، وواقع ممارسة معايير التميز‎‏. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي وتم جمع بياناتها من خلال استبانة إلكترونية طبقت بأسلوب الحصر الشامل على 146 مديرة بعد استثناء العينة الاستطلاعية المستخدمة في قياس الخصائص السيكومترية لأداة الدراسة. وقد بلغ عدد الردود 111 استجابة بنسبة مشاركة بلغت 76.03 من كامل مجتمع الدراسة. كشفت نتائج الدِّراسَة عن تطبيق المتطلبات اللازمة لتطوير الأداء في ضوء نموذج التميز الأوروبي ‏2020‎‏ بدرجة متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي قدره 3.03، وبالمثل حققت ممارسة المديرات لمعايير التميز الأوروبي ‏2020‎‏‎‏ ‏درجة متوسطة، وبمتوسط حسابي قدره 3.37. ‏وخلصت الدراسة إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير أداء مديرات المدارس في ضوء نموذج التميز الأوروبي 2020.

Abstract:
The study aimed to build a Suggested Paradigm for developing the performance of female school principals in Al-Baha region in light of the European Excellence Model 2020 by revealing the degree of application of the requirements necessary for the development and the reality of practicing Excellence Standards. The study followed the descriptive method, and its data was collected through an electronic questionnaire that was applied to 146 female principals using a complete enumeration method after excluding the pilot study sample used to measure the psychometric characteristics of the study tool. The number of responses reached 111, with a participation rate of 76.03 from the entire study population. The results revealed that the requirements for developing performance in light of the European Excellence Model 2020 are applied moderately (M= 3.03). Likewise, female school principals' practice of the European Excellence Standards achieved a moderate degree (M= 3.37). The study concluded by presenting a suggested paradigm for developing female school principals' performance in light of the European Excellence Model 2020.
