أنماط العزو السببي للنجاح والفشل وعلاقتها بالكفاءة الأكاديميةالمدركة لدى طلبة جامعة الطفيلة التقنية

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على العلاقة بين أنماط العزو السببي للنجاح والفشل والكفاءة الأكاديمية المدركة لدى طلبة جامعة الطفيلة التقنية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الإرتباطي،وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (690) طالب وطالبة، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وقد استخدمت الدراسة مقياس أنماط العزو السببي للنجاح والفشل ،ومقياس الكفاءة الأكاديمية المدركة.وقد اظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين أنماط العزو السببي للنجاح والفشل، والكفاءة الأكاديمية المدركة لدى طلبة جامعة الطفيلة التقنية.واشارت نتائج الدراسة  الى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في أنماط العزو السببي للنجاح والفشل تُعزى لمتغير جنس الطالب، ولصالح الذكور في نمط العزو الداخلي الثابت، ونمط العزو الخارجي الثابت، وقد كانت الفروق ذات دلالة احصائية تبعًا لمتغير الكلية في نمط العزو الداخلي الثابت، ونمط العزو الخارجي الثابت، ونمط العزو الخارجي غير الثابت، ولصالح طلبة الكليات العلمية، كما أظهرت النتائج أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في العزو السببي الداخلي الثابت تُعزى للتفاعل بين متغيري الجنس والكلية، ولصالح الذكور ذوي التخصصات العلمية.
وكذلك أظهرت النتائج بأن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية  في الكفاءة الأكاديمية لبعد المهارات المعرفية، وبعد التحصيل تُعزى لمتغير جنس الطالب، ولصالح الذكور، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في بعد المهارات المعرفية، وبعد التحصيل تُعزى لمتغير الكلية، ولصالح طلبة التخصصات العلمية، وأظهرت النتائج أيضًا أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الكفاءة الأكاديمية المدركة، تُعزى للتفاعل بين متغيري الجنس والكلية، ولصالح الذكور ذوي التخصصات العلمية،، وفي ضوء هذهِ النّتائج أوصت الدراسة باجراء دراسات أخرى لتسليط الضوء على أنماط العزو السببي للنجاح والفشل، والكفاءة الأكاديمية المدركة وأهميتها في بناء الدافعية لدى الطلبة.

Abstract
This study aimed to identify the patterns of causal attribution of success and failure and their relationship to the perceived academic competence of the students of Tafila Technical University, The study was conducted based on the correlative descriptive approach, and the study sample consisted of (690) male and female students, chosen by the simple random method. The scale of causal attribution patterns for success and failure and the level of perceived academic competence were used.
The results of the study showed that the existence of a positive correlation between the patterns of causal attribution of success and failure, and the perceived academic competence among the students of Tafila Technical University.  And the results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the patterns of causal attribution for success and failure due to the student's gender variable, and in favor of males in the stable internal attribution pattern and the stable external attribution pattern. The differences were statistically significant according to the college variable in the stable internal attribution pattern, the stable external attribution pattern, and the unstable external attribution pattern, in favor of the students of scientific colleges. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the stable internal attribution due to the interaction between the two gender variable and the college, and for the benefit of males who major in scientific disciplines.
 The results also showed that the results indicated that there were statistically significant differences in  academic competence in management and cognitive skills, and after achievement due to the variable of gender of the student, in favor of males, and the results also showed the presence of statistically significant differences in the cognitive skills dimension, and after achievement, attributed to the variable of college, and in favor of students of scientific disciplines, the results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in perceived academic efficiency, due to the interaction between  variables  gender and college, and in favor of males with scientific specializations   In light of these results the study recommended conducting other studies to shed light on the patterns of causal attribution of success and failure and the perceived academic efficiency and its importance in building motivation among students
