مدى وعي طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت بالمواطنة الرقمية وسبل تعزيزه من وجهة نظر المعلمين

هدف البحث إلى الوقوف على مستوى وعي طلبة المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت بعناصر المواطنة الرقمية ورصد  أهم سبل تعزيزه من وجهة نظر المعلمين. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، واستخدام أدوات (الاستبيان) و(المقابلة الشخصية) لتجميع البيانات. وقد تكونت العينة من (500) طالبا وطالبة، بالإضافة إلى (30) معلما ومعلمة. وقد كشفت النتائج أن مستوى الوعي بالمواطنة الرقمية لدى الطلبة هو مستوى متوسط، وأن محور التعليم قد جاء في المرتبة الأولى يليه محور الاحترام، وأخيرا محور الحماية. كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطي تقدير العينة لمستوى الوعي بالمواطنة الرقمية تبعا لمتغير النوع،  في حين وجد فرق دال تبعا لمتغيري مستوى تعليم كل من الأب والأم لصالح المستوى التعليمي (جامعي وما فوق) . كما تم رصد أهم سبل تعزيز الوعي بالمواطنة الرقمية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وكانت تشير إلى : تضمين المناهج التعليمية مفاهيم المواطنة الرقمية وأبعادها. تقديم دورات تدريبية للمعلمين تتعلق بتوجيه الطلبة لكيفية الاستخدام الآمن للتقنيات الإلكترونية. وعقد دورات لأولياء الأمور لرفع وعيهم لتوجيه الأبناء للتعامل الإيجابي مع الثورة الرقمية.

Abstract                                              
The research aimed to stand on the level of awareness of secondary school students in the State of Kuwait about digital citizenship and monitor the most important ways to enhance it from the point of view of teachers. The descriptive method was used, and the tools (questionnaire) and (personal interview) were used to collect the data. The sample consisted of (500) male and female students, in addition to (30) male and female teachers. The results revealed that the level of awareness of digital citizenship among students is medium, and that the education axis came in the first place, followed by the axis of respect, and finally the axis of protection. The results also revealed that there was no statistically significant difference between the averages of the sample's estimate of the level of awareness of digital citizenship according to the gender variable, while a significant difference was found according to the variables of the education level of both the father and mother in favor of the educational level (university and above). The most important ways to enhance awareness of digital citizenship were also monitored from the point of view of teachers, and they referred to: Including the concepts and dimensions of digital citizenship in educational curricula. Providing training courses for teachers related to guiding students on how to safely use electronic technologies. And holding courses for parents to raise their awareness to guide children to deal positively with the digital revolution.
