معوقات تطبيق التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر المعلمات في محافظة بيشة

استهدفت الدراسة التعرّف على معوقات تطبيق التعليم عَنْ بُعْدٍ بمدارس البنات من وجهة نظر المعلمات في محافظة بيشة، وتحقيقًا لأهْدَاف الدراسة؛ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استبانة، اشتملت على (20) فقرة، وطُبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية من معلمات مدارس البنات بمحافظة بيشة بلغت (296) معلمة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن معوقات تطبيق التعليم عَنْ بُعْدٍ في مدارس البنات من وجهة نظر المعلمات في محافظة بيشة كانت بدرجة متوسطة. وفي ضوء ما سبق قدمت الدراسة عددًا من التوصِيَات، من أبرزها: زيادة الاهتمام بتوفير البنية التحتية التِّقْنِيَّة، وتوفير خط إنترنت سريع بالمدارس، وأن يتم بناء شبكة اتصالات ذات كفاءة عالية وتشمل جميع المناطق، وأن تكون أسعار الاشتراك الشخصي في خدمة الإنترنت الفعّالة مناسبة للطالبات، وتوفير مكتبة إلكترونيَّة غنية بالكتب، والمصادر الإلكترونيَّة لجميع التخصصات، وتكثيف الدورات التدريبية اللازمة لتدريب المعلمات على تطبيق التعليم عَنْ بُعْدٍ، وأن يكون هناك فريق متخصص بالدعم الفني بكل مدرسة للتغلب على كافة المشكلات التِّقْنِيَّة.

 Abstract
The study aimed to recognize the obstacles for implementing distance education in girls’ schools from the perspective of female teachers in Bisha Governorate. In order to achieve the aims of the study, the descriptive survey approach was used. The tool of the study was represented in a questionnaire. The study was applied to a random sample of (296) female teachers in girls’ schools in Bisha Governorate. The study concluded several results, the most prominent of which were:. The obstacles were generally available to a moderate degree among the study sample individuals in all dimensions. In the light of the results, the study introduced some recommendations: there should be more interest in providing technical infrastructure, fast internet in schools, and to build a highly efficient communication network that includes all regions, and that the prices of personal subscription to the internet service be suitable for students, and to provide an electronic library rich in books and electronic resources for all disciplines, and more courses that are necessary for female teachers' training on the implementation of distance education. And there should be a technical support team in each school to overcome all technical problems.
