المرونة النفسية والجمود الفكري كمنبئات بالهوية الأخلاقية لدى عينة من الراشدين

الملخص
          هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن إمكانية التنبؤ بالهوية الأخلاقية من خلال المرونة النفسية والجمود الفكري لدى الراشدين. وفقاً لدرجات أفراد العينة على مقياس المرونة النفسية ومقياس الجمود الفكري، ومعرفة مستوى أفراد العينة في المرونة والجمود والهوية الأخلاقية ببعديها (الاستدماج والتجسيد)، ومعرفة دلالة الفروق في متغير الهوية الأخلاقية وفقا للجنس والعمر ومكان الإقامة، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة بلغت (545) من الذكور والإناث الراشدين في مكة وجدة، طبق عليهم  المقاييس (الهوية الأخلاقية، والجمود الفكري، والمرونة النفسية)، وأسفرت النتائج على أن مستوى الجمود الفكري لدى أفراد العينة فوق المتوسط على مقياس الجمود، بينما يتراوح بين عالي وفوق المتوسط في المرونة والهوية الذي تقدم فيه الاستدماج على التجسيد. ووجود علاقة موجبة بين الدرجة الكلية للجمود والدرجة الكلية للهوية، ووجود علاقة موجبة بين الهوية وابعادها مع معظم أبعاد المرونة النفسية، وأتضح وجود فروق في الهوية وفقاً للجنس لصالح الإناث فيما يتعلق بنمط الاستدماج والدرجة الكلية، بينما لا توجد فروق في الهوية الأخلاقية وفقاً لمكان الإقامة فقد كانت لصالح سكان جدة، بينما لم تكن هناك فروق تبعاً للسن على مقياس الهوية الأخلاقية، كما أتضح أن المرونة النفسية تتنبأ بالهوية الأخلاقية بنسبة أكبر من الجمود الفكري.

Abstract
The current study has aimed to reveal the relationship and the possibility of predicting moral identity according to the scores of the sample members on the psychological resilience scale and the intellectual rigidity scale, and to know the level of the sample members as for flexibility, rigidity and moral identity through its two dimensions (trojection and symbolization), and to know the significance of the differences between the sample members as for the previous variables according to gender and age and the place of residence . The study was applied to a sample of (545) adult men and women in Makkah and Jeddah through applying the scales (moral identity, intellectual rigidity, and psychological resilience). It resulted that the level of the sample members is above average in the scale of rigidity and above average in the scale of flexibility and identity in which trojection is ahead of symbolization in addition that there is a positive relationship between the total degree of rigidity and the total degree of identity, and the existence of a positive relationship between identity and its dimensions with most dimensions of psychological flexibility Also, it has become clear that there were differences between identity and gender in favor of females in the style of trojection and the total degree, while there were no differences in each of identity , rigidity, and flexibility except for the dimension (resistance to negative influences) according to the place of residence, it was in favor of the residents of Jeddah, and the differences were in favor of females due to the pattern of trojection and the total degree of identity, while there were no differences according to age on the scale of identity and resilience, except for the dimension (self-acceptance and control), which was in favor of the older group. As for rigidity, the differences were in the direction of the younger group, and it has become clear that there were no differences between resilience and gender except after (resistance to negative influences) which was in favor of males, while the differences in intellectual rigidity were towards males. Moreover, it has become clear that psychological resilience and intellectual rigidity are predictors of moral identity in a sample. It also turned out that psychological flexibility predicts moral identity more than intellectual rigidity.
