برنامج ارشادي لتنمية الذكاء الأخلاقي لأطفال ما قبل المدرسة المتنمرين

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الكشف عن فعالية برنامج قائم على قصة قصيرة في تنمية الذكاء الأخلاقي المتمثل في الأبعاد الآتية (التعاطف، الضمير، التحكم الذاتي، الاحترام، العطف، التسامح، والعدالة) لدى أطفال ماقبل المدرسة المتنمرين بأقرانهم، حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (33) طفلًا وطفلة منهم (18ذكور و 15 إناث) بمرحلة ماقبل المدرسة، ممن لديهن نسبة تنمرعالية بأقرانهم، بروضات تابعة للإشراف الحكومي لإدارة غرب المحلة التعليمية كروضات مدرسة كفر العبايدة الإبتدائية ومدرسة القيراطية الإبتدائية وروضة الروضة المعاصرة التابعة للشئون الاجتماعية بالمحلة الكبرى بمحافظة الغربية، وقد تراوحت أعمارهم مابين (5-6) سنوات، وهو المستوى الثاني في هذه الروضات، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين متكافئتين (تجريبية وضابطة) مقسمة إلى (18) طفلًا وطفلة منهم (10 ذكور و 8 إناث) لمجموعة تجريبية عند انحراف معياري (3.562) ، و(15) طفلًا وطفلة لمجموعة ضابطة عند انحراف معياري (4.431) للتطبيق البعدي على مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي للأطفال المتنمرين بأقرانهم، واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على مقياس التنمر لأطفال ماقبل المدرسة المتنمرين بأقرانهم، مقياس الذكاء الأخلاقي لأطفال ماقبل المدرسة المتنمرين بأقرانهم، و برنامج قائم على القصص القصيرة ذات المغزى الأخلاقي لتنمية الذكاء الأخلاقي للأطفال المتنمرين بأقرانهم مكون من (14) قصة قصيرة تم سردها في (23) جلسة لتحقيق أهدافها التربوية على عينة الدراسة وجميع هذه الأدوات من إعداد الباحثة ،و توصلت الدراسة إلى فعالية البرنامج القائم على القصة القصيرة في تنمية الذكاء الأخلاقي لدى أطفال ماقبل المدرسة المتنمرين بأقرانهم.

Abstract
The current study aims to reveal the effectiveness of a program based on short story in developing moral intelligence represented in the following dimensions (empathy, conscience, self-control, respect, kindness, tolerance, and fairness) among preschool children bullies of their peers, Study sample consisted of (33) boy and girl including (18 males and 15 females) in preschool, Who has a high rate of bullying among their peers?, Kindergartens affiliated to the government supervision of the west El-Mahalla Educational Administraion Kindergarten in Kafr Al -Abaida primary school and Al- Qiratyah primary school and modern lines Nursery affiliated to the Social Affairs in Mahalla al-Kubra- Gharbia Governorate, where their age ranged between (5-6) years old, it is the second level in these Kindergartens, The sample was divided into two equal groups: an experimental one and a control one divided into (18) boy and girl including (10 males and 8 females) for experimental group with (3,562) as a standard deviation, and (15) boy and girl for control group with (4,431) as a standard deviation for dimensional application on the moral intelligence of preschool children bullies of their peers, Research tools included bullying scale of Preschool Children bullies of their Peers, the moral intelligence scale of Preschool Children bullies of their Peers, and a Program Based on Short Story in Developing Moral Intelligence of Preschool Children bullies of their Peers including (14) A short story told in (23) session In order to achieve its educational goals, the study. All prepared by the researcher . Finally, the research results have concluded the Effectiveness of a Program Based on Short Story in Developing Moral Intelligence of Preschool Children bullies of their Peers.
