متطلبات التدريب الإلكتروني التكيفي لمديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي بدولة الكويت

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد متطلبات التدريب الإلكتروني التكيفي لدى مديري مدارس التعليم الثانوي بدولة الكويت، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة والتي تكونت من (3) محاور رئيسة و(148) عبارة، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (217) من المديرين والإداريين والعاملين بمدارس التعليم الثانوي بدولة الكويت، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: أن مجمل المحاور توفرت بشكل مرتفع من وجهة نظر عينة الدراسة، وجاء ترتيبها كالتالي: المحور الأول: واقع تطبيق التدريب الإلكتروني التكيفي في تنمية مديري المدارس الثانوية، ثم المحور الثاني: الخاص بتطوير مهارات المديرين في ضوء برامج التدريب التكيفي، يليه المحور الثالث: الخاص بالتدريب التكيفي آلية لتحقيق التطوير الإداري لمديري المدارس الثانوية، حيث تراوحت المتوسطات الحسابية لعبارات تلك المحاور بين (2.21)، و(2.86) بنسب مئوية (73.6) (95.3) على الترتيب، وذلك برغم أن العينة محل الدراسة تم أخذها من المدارس؛ حيث أن هذه المدارس لا تزال بحاجة إلى استكمال الجهود في طريقها لتطبيق التدريب الإلكتروني التكيفي.

Abstract:
The current research aimed to determine the requirements of adaptive electronic training for secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait, and the study used the descriptive approach, and relied on the questionnaire as a tool for the study, which consisted of (3) main axes and (148) phrases, and the study was applied to a sample of (217) from Principals, administrators and workers in secondary education schools in the State of Kuwait, and the study reached the following results: The totality of the axes was highly available from the point of view of the study sample, and its arrangement was as follows: The first axis: the reality of the application of adaptive e-training in the development of secondary school principals, then the second axis: the private Developing the skills of principals in the light of adaptive training programs, followed by the third axis: Adaptive training as a mechanism to achieve administrative development for secondary school principals, where the arithmetic averages of the expressions of those axes ranged between (2.21) and (2.86) with percentages (73.6) (95.3), respectively. This is despite the fact that the sample under study was taken from schools; As these schools still need to complete efforts on their way to implement adaptive e-training, and this may seem natural and vital, which means that the journey of development and change for the better does not stop.
