معوقات دور المدرسة في تلبية الاحتياجات التربوية لتلميذات الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي وسبل التغلب عليها "دراسة ميدانية بمحافظة الدقهلية"

استهدف البحث الحالي الكشف عن معوقات دور المدرسة في تلبية الاحتياجات التربوية لتلميذات الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي وسبل التغلب عليها. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وقامت بتطبيق استبانة على عينة عشوائية قوامها 606معلم و136 أخصائي بالحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة الدقهلية. وتوصلت الباحثة إلى أن من أهم المعوقات التي تواجه المدرسة كثرة الأعباء الوظيفية الملقاة على المعلم والتي تعيقه عن أداء دوره التربوي بشكل جيد، وضعف الاهتمام بحصة التربية الدينية والتهاون في تدريس المادة، وتأثير التفاعل عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي على سلوكيات وعقول التلميذات، وأن من أهم المقترحات للتغلب على معوقات دور المدرسة في تلبية الاحتياجات التربوية للتلميذات المزيد من الاهتمام بجودة العملية التعليمية، والاهتمام بحصة التربية الدينية، وسد العجز في الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين، وتعيين المزيد من المعلمين المؤهلين تربوياً لتقليل الأعباء الوظيفية الملقاة على المعلم.
Abstract
The current research aimed to reveal the obstacles of the school's role in meeting the educational needs of students of the second stage of basic education and ways to overcome them. To achieve this aim, the researcher used the descriptive approach and applied a questionnaire to a random sample of 606 teachers and 136 specialists in the second stage of basic education in Dakahlia Governorate. The researcher concluded that: the most important obstacles facing schools were: The many burdens placed on the teacher that prevent him from performing his educational role well, weakness of attention to the class of religious education and negligence in teaching the subject and the impact of interaction through social networks on the behaviors, and minds of female students. The most important proposals to overcome the obstacles of the school’s role in meeting the educational needs of female students is to pay more attention to the quality of the educational process, pay attention to the class of religious education, fill the shortage of social and psychological specialists, and appoint more educationally qualified teachers to reduce the job burdens placed on the teacher.
