تقنياتُ الاتِّصَالِ الإداريِّ ودورُها في صناعةِ القَرار في مؤسَّسَات التَّعليمِ العَالِي

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تقنيات الاتصال الإداري في صناعة القرار بمؤسسات التعليم العالي، واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (1733) فردا من مسؤولي صناعة القرار بمؤسسات التعليم العالي التي شملتها الدراسة الحالية وهي جامعة أم القرى، وجامعة الملك عبد العزيز، وجامعة الطائف، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن استخدام تقنيات الاتصال الإداري بمؤسسات التعليم العالي بدرجة عالية، وأن أكثر تقنيات الاتصال الإداري استخداما بمؤسسات التعليم العالي جاءت مرتبة حسب الأعلى( البريد الإلكتروني، الإنترنت، الهاتف، الفاكس)، وأن درجة فاعلية استخدام تقنيات الاتصال الإداري في عملية صنع القرار بمؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر صناع القرار عالية جدا، وأن درجة توفير مهارات تقنيات الاتصال الإداري في عملية صنع القرار بمؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر صناع القرار عالية، وأن أهم المعوقات التي تحد من كفاءة تقنيات الاتصال الإداري في عملية صنع القرار بمؤسسات التعليم العالي من وجهة نظر صناع القرار جاءت مرتبة بالأعلى (معوقات تقنية، معوقات تنظيمية، معوقات شخصية).
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the role of administrative communication techniques in decision-making in higher education institutions, and it used the descriptive approach. and Taif University, The results of the study revealed that the use of administrative communication techniques in institutions of higher education is high, and that the most used administrative communication techniques in institutions of higher education were ranked according to the highest (e-mail, Internet, telephone, fax), And that the degree of effectiveness of using administrative communication techniques in the decision-making process in higher education institutions from the point of view of decision-makers is very high, and that the degree of providing skills of administrative communication techniques in the decision-making process in higher education institutions from the point of view of decision-makers is high, and that the most important obstacles that limit the efficiency Administrative communication techniques in the decision-making process in higher education institutions from the point of view of decision-makers came in a higher order (technical obstacles, organizational obstacles, personal obstacles).
