واقع تطبيق القيادة الرقمية بالمرحلة الثانوية الكويتية وعلاقته بمستوى الرضا الوظيفي للمعلمين

الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن واقع تطبيق القيادة الرقمية بالمرحلة الثانوية الكويتية وعلاقته بمستوى الرضا الوظيفي للمعلمين، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، واعتمدت الدراسة على الاستبانة في جمع البيانات، وطبقت على عينة بلغت (222) من معلمي ومعلمات المرحلة الثانوية الكويتية موزعين وفق متغيرات (النوع/ المنطقة التعليمية/ التخصص)، وأسفرت النتائج عن أن واقع تطبيق القيادة الرقمية بالمرحلة الثانوية الكويتية جاء متوسطاً من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وأن مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى معلمي المرحلة الثانوية الكويتية جاء متوسطاً من وجهة نظرهم، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أنه لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير النوع أو المنطقة التعليمية أو التخصص.

Abstract
This study aimed to reveal the status-quo of the application of digital leadership in Kuwait secondary stage and its relationship to the level of job satisfaction among teachers. To achieve such a goal, the descriptive approach was used, and the study made use of a questionnaire to collect data, and it was administered to a sample consisting of (222) Kuwaiti secondary school teachers, distributed according to the variables (gender / educational area / specialization). The results of the research revealed that the Kuwaiti high school teachers were average from the viewpoint of the teachers, and the level of job satisfaction among the Kuwaiti secondary school teachers was average from their viewpoint. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members due to the variable of gender, educational region or specialization.
