التدفق وعلم نفس الايجابي الاكتشاف والابداع عند طلبة كليه التربية جامعة الكويت

ملخص
لقد تم النظر إلى مفهوم التدفق، وتطوره كمجال اهتمام في علم النفس الإيجابي، وآثاره المحتملة الأكبر على الحياة ذات المعنى نظرًا لإمكاناته المعترف بها ذلك للمساعدة في تحقيق الأهداف الكبري، سواء كانت إبداعية أو متعلقة باكتشاف المشاكل والبحث عن حلول لها.
بحثت الدراسة الحالية في الروابط بين التدفق وعلم النفس الإيجابي - الإبداع والاكتشاف من طلاب كليه التربية في التخصص العلمي والادبي من الجنسين جامعة الكويت، واستطلع المشاركون 250 مشاركًا من الطلاب على المقاييس التي قيمت اكتشافهم وتدفقهم أثناء النشاط الأكاديمي لتعطي استكشاف عالي القيمة حيث ان الحساسية وتحمل الإجهاد كلها مرتبطة بمزيد من التدفق. كما حكم عليها المشاركون.
أن أبعاد التدفق النفسي تفسر ما نسبته حوالي (35.6 %) من إجمالي التباين الكلي في الاكتشاف والابداع لدى طلاب عينة البحث. وقد دلت نتائج تحليل تباين الانحدار النهائية التي تم التوصل إليها أن قيمة "ف" بلغت (16.64) وهي دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة أقل (0.001)، وهذا يشير إلى أن التباين في مستوى الاكتشاف والإبداع لدى طلاب عينة البحث يرجع إلى تباين حقيقي ولا يرجع إلى المصادفة، وأن حوالي (35.6 %) من التباين في مستوى الاكتشاف والإبداع تعزو الي أبعاد التدفق النفسي وأن (64.4%) من التباين تفسره عوامل أخرى. ومن هذه النتائج نستنتج أنه يمكن التنبؤ بالاكتشاف والإبداع لدى طلاب عينة البحث من خلال معرفة مستويات التحصيل على أبعاد التدفق النفسي.

Abstract
The concept of flow and its development as an area of​interest in positive psychology and its larger potential implications for a meaningful life has been seen because of its recognized potential to help achieve larger goals, whether creative or problem-solving.
The current study examined the links between flow and positive psychology - creativity and discovery from students of the College of Education in the scientific and literary major of both sexes, Kuwait University. They are all related to more flow, as judged by the participants.
The dimensions of psychological flow explain about (35.6%) of the total variance in discovery and creativity among the students of the research sample. The results of the final regression variance analysis indicated that the value of “p” amounted to (16.64), which is a statistical function at a lower significance level (0.001). However, the discovery and creativity variance level among the students of the research sample is due to a real variation, not a coincidence; on the other hand, the variance of (35.6%) in the discovery level and creativity is attributed to the dimensions of psychological flow. Moreover, the variance of (64.4%) might be explained by other factors. From these results, we conclude that it is possible to predict the discovery and creativity of the students of the research sample by knowing the levels of achievement on the dimensions of psychological flow.
