واقع الإحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنصورة في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تحديد الإحتياجات التدريبية لاعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنصورة في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث فقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، على عينة قوامها (319) عضوًا، من أعضاءهيئة التدريس القائمين علي رأس العمل بكليات ( التربية- الآداب- الهندسة) بجامعة المنصورة.
وقد توصلت الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج منها: أن درجة الإحتياجات التدريبية لاعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنصورة في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة جاءت متوسطة ، وقد جاء بالترتيب بعد (الذكاء الإصطناعي) بدرجة متوسطة، وتبعه في الترتيب الثاني بعد (الحوسبة السحابية) بدرجة متوسطة، واحتل الترتيب الثالث بعد (إنترنت الأشياء) بدرجة متوسطة، أما الترتيب الرابع والأخير فقد جاء بعد (الواقع المعزز) بدرجة متوسطة. وعدم وجود فروق بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة حول الإحتياجات التدريبية لاعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المنصورة في ضوء متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة.
 وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة رصد الإحتياجات التدريبية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بصورة دورية لتوفير التدريب المستمر لهم وذلك لمواكبة المستحدثات المعرفية والقدرة علي مواجهة تحديات العصر الرقمي، وتطوير البنية التحتية التكنولوجية بكليات جامعة المنصورة، وتوفير وسائل الإتصال الحديثة والشبكات الداخلية والإنترنت للإرتقاء بالتعليم الجامعي وبما يتواكب مع متطلبات الثورة الصناعية الرابعة وتحدياتها.
Abstract:
The current research aims to identify the training needs of the faculty of Members Mansoura University in light of the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the descriptive approach was used, on a sample of (319) faculty members who are the head of the faculties (Education, Arts and Engineering) of Mansoura University.
The study reached several results, including: The degree of the training needs of the faculty Members of Mansoura University in light of the requirements of the fourth industrial revolution came average, and it came in order dimension (artificial intelligence) with an average degree, followed by the second ranking dimension (cloud computing) with an average degree, and ranked third dimension (Internet of Things) with an average degree, while the fourth and final ranking came dimension (Augmented Reality) with an average degree. There were no differences between the mean responses of the sample individuals on the training needs of the faculty of Mansoura University in light of the requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
The study recommended that the training needs of the faculty members should be monitored on a regular basis to provide them with continuing training in order to keep abreast of the latest developments in knowledge and the ability to meet the challenges of the digital age, to develop the technological infrastructure of the faculties of the University of Mansoura and to provide modern means of communication, intranets and the Internet in order to upgrade university education in line with the requirements and challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
   The study recommended several studies, including: Holding seminars and training courses, providing ample material cover for conducting the educational process as intended, testing candidates for the principal role before they are promoted, and providing sufficient autonomy for the principal.
